“bit dissapointed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2014

The Fiesta park is situated in the old town and is a 7 euro taxi ride from the main attractions of Benidorm. The food was typically Spanish, which is hardly surprising as the majority of the guests were the Spanish O.A.P's. English guests were placed on the 1st floor and our room was above the bar and "Disco" which ended at 12.30 each evening. The majority of English guest were Stag and Hen parties, who arrived back in the hotel between 2 a.m. and 6.30 a.m. Just in time to hear the cleaners scrape the bar floor with the metal chairs when cleaning the Bar areas. Rooms were clean and appropiate for Spain we had a shower but the boys had a bath so the best of both worlds.

Room Tip: For English families the pool is a no go area as it is full of Drunken English Stag and Hen Parties...

after a 7 hour flight delay arrived at this hotel at 5am to grumpy reception staff, was informed our room had been cancelled as no shows so had to re book room.... asked for a bottle of water was rudley told "8am we serve breakfast you get water then"........... we had booked this has an all inclusive holiday...
room was very small 2 single beds with tables as bed side cabinets a table as a dressing table and a flat screen tv. single wardrobe, tiny balcony overlooking the roof of the restaurant, and a small but very clean bathroom with walk in shower and mega hot water .2 plug sockets one near the bed near the balcony and one in the bathroom..
the meal times were 8am til 10am breakfast 10.45 to 12.15 snacks 1.30 to 3.30 lunch 4.15 to 5.45 snacks 7.30.to 9.30 dinner 9.45 to 10.45 snacks you could eat as much as u liked during these times but only in the designated areas of the restaurant...the food was lacking variety fine if you like chips and salad or pizza.only one vegetable was served with one meat selection and one fish selection, the buffet area was packed and three times during our 7 night stay we was refused entry as too busy and told to come back later, the staff very slow at replacing the empty trays of food, the snacks consisted of hot dog sausages and chips with salad and fruit, no snacks were served behind the bar (if children in party no ice lollies or crisps or chocolate included) small variety of chocolate available to buy. all inclusive bar section is around 2 foot long the rest of the bar for paying customers, all inclusive times 10 am til 11pm. you are allowed to take 2 drinks at a time. the bar staff are so rude and miserable clearly dont enjoy there jobs and dont know how to smile,,, only one member off staff in the whole hotel was plesent and friendly that was alfonzo the guy on meal reception, and you cant even get a bottle of water until 10am from the main bar, you can get one in the restaurant but must stay there and drink it.
the pool was lovely but could get very crowded once the sun came out around 11am til 6ish. and the pool area was kept very clean all the time..
hotel staff very unhelpful booked to go to mundama was told needed bus number 1 or 2 at a bus stop round the corner lol 15 minute walk to bus stop eventually after standing at the bus stop directed to for over 30 minutes to be told only bus number 1 at a completley different place.
if you can speak spanish this would be perfect as alot of spanish guests,
its definetly not a hotel for young children, the stag partys were reprimanded for having fun the staff didnt seem to like it. the entertainment disco/music was majority spanish with only 2 or 3 english songs played all night.
in general i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone i think it should be more of a full bored hotel with all inclusive alcohol not classed as an all inclusive, but its each to thier own. i definetly wouldnt be returning to this hotel in the future. was very very disapointed also flight transferes were 5.50pm but had to check out at 11.30am and wasnt allowed to use the restaurant for lunch , but could stil get drinks at the bar. the most annoying thing about this was we didnt get our evening meal on the 1st night due to our delayed flight.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 night on a party of 9 hen do. Hotel is GREAT value for money, the rooms were very clean, seems we were lucky and had several plug sockets and mirrored wardrobe, but others in our party struggled with one plug in a room of three.

Would NOT recommend families stay as some of the hens/ stags etc were very offensive during the day and night, not somewhere where kiddies should be. Hotel is very noisy during the night as you can here everyone coming in, so don't expect much sleep.

Staff and Spanish holiday makers were quite rude.

Great location and would highly recommend for hen/ stag hotel.

We were a party of 8 away for a 30th birthday celebration.
The hotel was loud and had a mixture of stags, young people like us, families and lots of old spanish people. We were in 3 rooms on completely different floors which was badly organised. One of the rooms smelt so bad of rotten egg and sewage that my friends had to be relocated to another room. The food was quite nice. We did not go hungry and there was a good variety.
There was no bar by the pool which was irritating as we had to go up the stairs into the indoor bar area which is inconvenient when you are in your swimwear. The only entertainment in the 4 nights we stayed there was ballroom dancing for the older folk. There was also a game of bingo.
The staff were not particularly friendly especially in the food hall. We took advantage of the all inclusive bar.
All in all we had a great time and we did not spend much. You get what you pay for

Bad points- not very clean, don't seem to like the British, cater more for Spanish holiday makers, which are very rude and push in front of you,we weren't even handed maps when we arrived but other people were, food doesn't seem to vary much, very noisy, the room we had to small for three, they squeezed a camp bed in,shower head broke, they lost 2 of our 9 passports when we wanted to book out, found eventually!!, when we checked in they had messed up with qty of rooms, very poky balcony according to others,
Good points- nice pool, good picture on TV,nice big mirror in room

We visited this hotel as a group of 6 ladies of a certain age celebrating 3 special birthdays between us. We called ahead asking for 3 adjacent rooms, which we got. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool, and had the sun on the balcony in the afternoons. We were there for 3 nights and found the hotel very accomodating. The Reception staff were very helpful and polite, the bar and restaurant staff always pleasant and the housekeeping staff very thorough, and quick. The rooms are basic, but clean. There was a small supply of toiletries in the bathroom, but no hairdryer.there is a flat screen TV and I was surprised to get ITV English Channel.! The food was varied and plentiful including the snacks on offer outside the main dining times. The All Inclusive finishes at 11 pm prompt and the staff are also strict in how many drinks at a time you are allowed, as we were a group of 6 , we had to each get our own drinks.
The pool can get a little rowdy with stag and hen's . The hotel isn't really suitable for them, due to the position in the old town. The roof top sun area and indoor pool is small but quieter and a real sun trap.
The entertainment is Spanish but fun to watch before venturing into the old town,
There are plenty of shops and bars surrounding the hotel and it is a 10 minute stroll down to the beach.
All in all the hotel is a great base for a few fun days away in the sun and enjoy all the wonderful facilities that Benidorm Old Town has to offer
