“Stag do of 13”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2013 via mobile

To be honest the photo of the rue on the bed really worried me about this hotel but to be honest it's was fine, staff were good, got our deposit back and we weren't exactly quiet, especially whilst I was been chucked in the pool (which was clean) at 3 am! The square was close and some good bars even closer! It's just a bit dated!

There the first week in May for a lads trip, it didn't disappoint, Basic clean and cheap, good staff, good for a lads trip away, great happy hour from 1 till 10:30,quiet location but only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the action,it is directly across from where the market is. Wouldn't recommend for a family holiday as the pool area isn't that big.

Stayed at evamar apartments with my bf and 2 year old son 28th april-3rd may, stayed there years ago and they were fine, dreaded staying this time from the comments. On arrival reception staff were friendly, because we were a family didnt have to pay 50 euro deposit, you have to pay 20 euro deposit for your tv but get it back when you had the remote back in, there was only about 3 english channels tho.
Rooms were very basic needs updating but nothing was damaged, when we walked in to the room you could tell it had been cleaned as you could smell the bleach and clean products, we had plenty of towels, 4 extra thick blankets and 2 heaters incase was cold, was supplied with a new toaster and kettle and tv was a flat screen tv that wasnt coin operated it was free. People said the hotel was nosiey and full of hen and stags we was there for 5 nights and never heard a noise was lovely and quiet. Room only cleaned once while there but changed bedding, towels and put more toilet rolls in room.
Outdoor pool had sun on it all day but wasnt many sunbeds was mainly table and chairs, indoor pool was full of rubbish and boxes.
The area where the hotel is is abit isolated, always walk home in groups, gypsys and tramps were in the area. Great area for outdoor market and just a short walk to nightlife and bars.
Overall the apartments are basic place for getting your head down, wouldnt stay again as there is nothing for children in the apartments. Other then that tho had a lovely time.

Room Tip: yorkshire pride good value and excellent size portions for food, also wooky hollow and union jack go...

Not long back. The apartments are in a good location for the town centre, market and nightlife and the staff were nice. They also doa good happy hour. However thats the only good points.

The rooms were not clean at all. One room I seen had a ring of crusted vomit underneath the sink. Our bath was black in the bottom. The bathroom window looked out into the hallway next to the elevators! The handle came right off the bathroom door one morning and we had to use a fork to get us in as a previous resident had badly damaged it.

3 of us were put into a room with only 2 single beds so I had to sleep on the couch. Luckily we were in one of the rooms that actually had hot water, our friends werent so fortunate. It was a cold weekend in benidorm but we couldnt get the room heated at night, there were holes under every door and the wind was whistling through every window and balcony door (which wouldnt open or shut properly). No radiators or extra blankets for the possibility of cold weather. The decor was a throwback to the 70's, it probably hasnt been updated since. The elevators were tiny and had graffiti carved into the metal plating inside.

We never seen the indoor pool, I dread to think what it would have been like.

Pople say you get what you pay for, well I certainly didnt. I can safely say we wont be back.

Room Tip: Book somewhere else

Just back last week, spent a weekend there.Won't return ,staff were friendly enough but the rooms were a sight to behold.I haven't seen a room like this since the 80s.Not that clean ,very basic and they put 3-4 people in a bedroom for 2 people. Also had to pay a deposit for the room breakages. What a cheek!.It was not worth the money ,a 1 star hotel and that's being generous.

I stayed here some time ago but it may have changed since.Very good position for the outdoor market which is on twice a week. Not far to walk to the bars but a fair way from the beach. There are 26 floors and i was on the 23rd and it took nearly a minute to get there in the lift, with various stops on the way.No complaints otherwise.

just got back from staying in the evermar for a long weekend with my partner, its is very dated and not very clean, you have to pay 50 euro pp on arrival which we was not told about before we booked,in a good location but be aware of the dog muck in the street, smelly sheets and towels over all dirty , would not stay here again.
