“Awesome place to stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2013

As it was my cousins 30th a big venture was required. We opted to head to Benidorm and booked a trip at a reasonable price.

We were surprised at the cost with it being all inclusive also, and were expecting rather basic for the price we paid.

How wrong we could be. The rooms were fantastic much better we could have expected and the hotel itself was lovely.

I was personally on the 18th floor while the rest of the party where on the 10th (due to me booking late) and the only issue that I had with this was the lifts that seemed to take an age to come and go.

As far as the food it was hit and miss. However when you take into consideration the amount of people they cater for and the various different choices you'll soon find something that would suit.

And yes there are plastic cups as various people have continued to point out. But it's for out side in the pool area. Now, if I'm gonna put my sensible head on if a 'glass' was to smash at the pool area I'd probably be a little be wary to go to the pool area. Just saying...!

All in all great hotel and in a great location. Not too far from everything.

Will happily go again. In fact I think me and my cousin are already in the early stages of the second trip.

We stayed here 28th Oct for a week.....4 adults & 3 children.....huge clean rooms/separate bath & shower, again huge bathroom. All hotel staff were 1st class.Lifts not as bad as they say,food/drinks o.k.Be aware that if you require a cot, as we did, you will be charged 7 euros per night !We were not made aware of this at the time of booking.....when we requested the cot.Overall not a bad stay

We stayed at the Dynastic from 25 Oct to 1 Nov and really enjoyed it here. We were in a room on the 13th floor and the views were brilliant (we were on the opposite side to the pool)The room was very spacious and very clean. Ok so there are some signs of wear and tear and admittedly sometimes we found the lifts were a bit slow but it's hardly going to ruin your holiday is it!

The staff were all very friendly and really interacted well, especially on halloween when they all dressed up in fancy dress! Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had to call reception at one point as the leg broke off one of the beds - within 10 mins someone came and repaired it. A special mention goes to the 2 (I didn't get their names) who did the evening entertainment . There was a mini-disco for the kids every night and our 6 yr old daughter loved every minute of it (even dragged me up dancing one night!). There are also quizzes and live entertainment.

Food - there is enough choice for everyone throughout the day (although we didn't bother with snacks as we were either out or not hungry!). My only complaint is my daughter now expects pancakes with chocolate sauce for breakfast - weetabix just doesn't cut it any more!

The hotel is within walking distance for the bars and beach and there are plenty of shops nearby. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel and if you fancy venturing further afield some of the buses run to Altea and Guadalest

We would definitely stay here again :)

just got back on 2/11/2013 the staff are all very friendly, good clean hotel, food ok lifts are very slow but because they are all glass you can see where they are and move to another lift to save waiting.the rooms are large and are well equiped with 3/4 english speaking channels all inclusive drinks have a wide variety not just the cheap ones, well placed hotel busy bars and entertainment 5 minutes walk and the beach only 10 minutes although a low 4 star hotel it is still ok.dont listen to the bad reviews these are from the people that cant afford a holiday and are trying to recoop some money back. from Paul in london

Room Tip: we had rooms facing both ways and all were fine

We have just returned from a 6 day break at the Dynastic. We had a great time. We had room 704 in the tall block which had a poolside view and had the sun on the balcony. The room was really big and had 4 beds and a large bathroom. There was a slight problem in that the shower door did not fit properly and the water leaked out which meant lots of towels required to mop up. The food is ok, there is plenty of choice. We were all inclusive and food was being served all day. There was no problem with getting drinks at the bar even at busy times. I have to agree with other reviewers - the lifts are atrocious, incredibly slow! The staff are great, very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless, there was always a cleaner somewhere! All in all, it is perhaps not 4* but we'll worth a visit.

We stayed at the Dynastic in October for a week , we were put in the lower block of the 2 buildings and found our room very nice very modern and very clean ,we never had to wait long for the lifts either .The food is average you will always find something to eat though our tip is to get there when the restaurant 1st opens when the food is at its warmest there is a microwave but the turntable doesn't work .There was a good choice at breakfast but it was a little tasteless dinner was better with there carvery meats very tasty ,we enjoyed being able to have a jug of water ,pop sangria or lager with our meals bottles of wine are also available .The staff at this hotel are all good and friendly, there was never a problem getting drinks you can have how many you wanted including cocktails ,the spirits are weaker but they are in many all inclusive hotels but may be a good thing as some people do drink drink all day long.
The entertainment team do their best but it is a little boring, outside acts compared to other hotels were poor but when your in Benidorm you have to go out as the bars have such good entertainment .
This isn't really a hotel for children, the pools were freezing no childrens entertainment only 1 mini disco a week there are better hotels in Benidorm.
The Spa is excellent you do have to wear a bathing cap for the pool and Jacuzzi, the gymn sauna and steam room are great and seemed to be popular with the paying public this it what makes it a 4star .
We enjoyed our holiday and would return again to this hotel as the price is so reasonable and its in a good quiet location not to far to walk to the bars .

Room Tip: the lower block is the quieter of the 2 blocks

this is a great hotel.staff are great and the food is great.entertainment is abit poor and the pool is small but you do get to use the indoor pool and spa for free if your all inclusive.the reception woman was great, she grabbed us and pulled us through a massive cue of spanish people trying to check in,took our bags and sent us straight down to the bar PERFECT!! a good bonus in this hotel is you can ask for jugs for your drinks in the resturant which is very handy and you dont have to wear annoying wrist bands that catch your clothes and rip em! the hotel is very cheap too for a 4 star.rooms are nice.we like it xx
