Had a great time, food really good lots of choice, rooms basic and ready for a refurb but very clean and well maintained [prompt attention given to problem we had with radiator], staff friendly but what did it for us was the hotel entertainment in the Magic Cafe
a talented couple called 'him and her' offering good all round entertainment as well as giving professional entertainment musically. Wonderful [hotel entertainment doesn't usually come this good].

just got back from an anual 2 week stay to catch up with friends. first off i would like to thank Him and Her (Anne-Marie and Andy) for some great night time entertainment and fun in the magic cafe and the barstaff steve and kim. when i first arived the day time entertainment was great too with simon getting people into some games and having some fun and laughs unfortunatley 2 days into the holiday simon was no longer there which ment no more games during the day and no straight explanation for this from the managment. Although this was the only dissapointment on the holiday it WAS a BIG dissapointment. thank god for the night time fun and games

Just got back from a short break for a friends 70th birthday. This hotel was basic but that wouldn't have mattered so much if it had been clean. Our rooms were filthy - dirty toilets too. Beds were rock hard - couldn't sleep. Two parties had to change their rooms because of the absolute disgusting filthy smell - it made one person physically sick and she went to another friends room at 3.00 a.m. and slept on their sofa until her room was changed the next day. Kettle and fridge didn't work either. Having said that the food was great - fantastic selection. Also the duet 'Him and Her' (Anne-Marie and Andy Berry) they were absolutely fabulous and really made our holiday. Wouldn't go back here - the whole place needs a complete re-furb and a good clean !

We went to benidorm for a break and met up with friends there at the crystal park, we had been to the hotel before, the food was very good and the entertainment very good but the down fall this time was that the hotel did not cater for the amount of people that was staying. Half way through the holiday there was an imflux of spainish holidays makers who were mostly elderly, so when we all came to the dining room there was a very large que and we had to wait to get into the dining room. It got that bad, we decided we had to go another of the magic goup hotels, because there was no room for us, not unless we were prepared to wait, it was not only us that did this there was a number of guest that did this. Even though the staff worked very hard, it spoilt the holiday. Also I must say that the new bar down stairs called the magic cafe is brfilliant, the acts were very good and so are the staff, we really enjoyed it in the magic cafe. I would think twice about going back to the crystal park. the dates we went was the 1st december till the 8th december 2008
