My hubby and I enjoyed our 11 day holiday here very much.
Check in was painless, quick and efficient. We stayed on a Half Board basis on the second floor with a sea view. The hotel is spotless, the decor is modern and the beds are comfortable and the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard with fresh towels every day and the bed linen changed every other day, there is a good and plentiful supply of complimentary toiletries too, A fridge is also provided which had a limited supply of drinks..to pay for obviously. The use of the fridge is free. Other places we've stayed at charge you for the key to unlock the fridge.
The bar staff are friendly without being too 'in your face' which we appreciated. Same for the restaurant staff. There was problem in the Ladies loo with water pouring everywhere, I reported it to one of the restaurant staff and she dealt with it straight away.
Food: Breakfast is Buffet style serve yourself. I don't know who thought there wasn't a good supply of fresh fruit. but we had no complaints, there was plenty of choice including dried fruits and dates. Also two huge fridges from which you can help yourself to yoghurts and ice creams Lots of cereals to choose from, and a hot beakfast buffet including a Full English if you wanted it. Crepes, Continental breakfast, hams, cheeses. cakes, toast
Evening Dinner: Most nights the food was very good, a couple of times it wasn't to our taste but we accepted that. Excellent array of salad and cold meats, one thing the hotel got right every time was the fish, I had fish several times and it was always cooked to perfection, same for potatoes. Yummy. Someone complained that there wasn't a wine waiter but that didn't bother us, the Restaurant staff were more than capable of opening and pouring the wine! Twice During our 11 day stay there was Tapas thing going on with a free glass of Cava and nibbles which was very nice.
Would we go back? Yes we would.
