4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

We are at present staying in the Villa Venecia, nice touch getting a glass of Cava on arrival. Rooms are small but nice, the location is great with great views of Levante beach. Have missed a few breakfasts as the menu is limited. The Dinner is very good but again the menu is limited and 2 nights running my wife had steak and asked for it well done both times it was medium to medium/rare which she couldn't eat, i had a nice starter but the main dish comes with no vegetables and when i asked for some i was told the Lamb doesn't come with vegetables but the Chef was asked and said i could have some. I received spring onions with it ! The main problem for us is Dinner starts at 8.30pm which for us is far too late. As we were half board My wife asked if we could have breakfast and lunch instead of dinner , this seemed to be a problem. Will miss dinner again tonight and eat out.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a week at this hotel and honestly we could have stayed for the rest of the year, the view from the hotel is stunning, the pictures on the internet do not do it justice, the location of the hotel is brilliant as well, right next to two beautiful beaches, and the town with lots of restaurants and pretty much everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are brilliant and have everything you need, a comfy bed, a flash TV, a big wardrobe, a safe which is easy to operate, an amazing bubble bath, and a very clean and fresh bathroom. The room is cleaned twice a day, normally when you are out during the day and then again when you are out in the evening, but you do have the option of not being disturbed, this was perfect for us because it meant our room was always very clean and in beautiful condition. We had breakfast in our package when we stayed and the breakfast was brilliant, more than we could of hoped for, it was a complete variety of breakfast foods which were brought to you by the staff, you did not need to serve yourself, and then you also had the option of choosing something off the menu as well. The breakfast staff were brilliant, they were really helpful and were also great to talk to which made the service even better. The service from the reception staff was also really impressive, they were always very helpful with any questions or queries we had during our stay, and also were very friendly greeting us when we came back from wherever we had been. The facilities were also beautiful, with a rooftop area where people could relax and sunbathe, there was also a pool which was really good to relax in and look out to the view of the sea, they also have a Jacuzzi, a steam room and some gym equipment which is also very useful. Overall I could not really fault anything about this hotel and I think it is perfect for couples to relax and have a brilliant holiday, it really is worth every penny you pay for it.

Room Tip: All rooms offer a sea view and everywhere is very quiet so you can't really go wrong

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel having booked it following recommendations on tripadvisor. We weren't disapointed - its easy to see why this hotel is rated number 1. Fantastic location, near to some of the best restaurants that Benidorm has to offer, room with views over the sea and lovely staff.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night. We booked the jaccuzi yacht club suite which is located on the top floor (5th), and its also the only room on his floor. We loved it! Our room was located between the spa/gym and swimmingpool/roof terrace.

The room had a jaccuzi in front, with a view over the benidorm beach line. So relaxing sitting in the jaccuzi overlooking the city!

We ate a 12 course meal in the Hotel restaurant, a very special experience. Good service and Nice setting. No matter where you Are located in this Hotel, you Get the amazing view over the ocean and city.

Lovely staff!

The only negative thing i can say about the Hotel, is the breakfast. They dont have warm breakfast before 8:30 am, which was to late for us since we had to leave at 8:00 am for the AirPort. So we ordered breakfast in the room, and got only two toasted slices of bread and some cold meat.... Very dissapointing!

I would absolutely recommend this Hotel!

Room Tip: Jaccuzi yacht club suite was very Nice!

The rooms are small, intimate, but nicely designed and comfortable. Not much room for unpacking clothes, 7 hangers, small wardrobe, 3 drawers! The coffee machine is great if you're a coffee lover, 2euro a cup. Large tv with a good selection of channels. The balconies are quite small if you get one. The pool is more of a luxury huge jacuzzi than swimming pool and its under glass so you can't sunbathe around it. As it is on the roof, the sunbathing area is breezy, which is nice when hot but difficult to put a parasol up in. There is only enough room for 2 sun beds by the pool, there is seating, but the area isn't for the ardent sunbather and you have to order drinks via the poolside phone. The staff could not be nicer. They can't do enough for you. You can take towels from the hotel to the beach which is a short walk away. The sun terrace has super views, but again, no parasols if its hot. The position of the hotel is fantastic, with everything you need within walking distance. The breakfast is a combination of cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, pastries muffin, fruit toast and you can have a cooked breakfast, all brought to the table. We ate out for other meals as tapas bars etc are everywhere. I would say this is a couples hotel, not really ideal for young children, although teenage girls would probably love the luxury. Great place for a short break. There is wifi in the main areas and I picked it up in my room. If you don't mind not having a balcony or outdoor swimming pool/bathing area, this is a lovely place to stay. Sea view rooms can be a bit noisy with the windows open, crashing waves sound great the first night, bit annoying after the 5th!

This hotel is so special, Its like home from home, the service is second to none, the staff are so special. We decided to have bed & breakfast this time, because there are so many restaurants to choose from, in and around Benidorm. The ex chef of the hotel has decided to branch out on his own, GORKA ALONSO, a basque chef, from northern Spain has opened a restaurant called ERROAK, and also the excellent waiter VICTOR, he is more than a waiter, 5* trained, he is such a lovely guy and knows how to make people feel special. Gorka & his wife really know how to cook, their food is fine dining at its best, with a special twist. The restaurant is not fare from the hotel, down the hill, over the bridge and near the Victoria hotel. There is a information centre very close to the hotel for more informaation about the area. Please try, if you can, its so special. So back to the hotel, this is the only boutiqe hotel in Benidorm, as far as ime concerned its fabulous and hopefuly I will return year after year.

Room Tip: Try a suite, they are fabulous, so much room, with a small balcony, but the main rooms are excellen...
