“An absolute disgrace”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2014

Never ever again.!!! The food was awful. the beer was awful. The staff were very rude. I was sexually assaulted by a member of staff. Made a formal complaint but they were not interested in the slightest. Stay away!! would hate what happened to me to happen to somebody else less fortunate. fco

Room Tip: Stay away. awful

Well lets start with the positives - the rooms are quite nice, relatively comfy beds and great shower and I am afraid that it is.
We went all inclusive on a hen party. The drinks choice is limited and we waited up to 20 minutes for bar staff - if the dining room is open there are no bar staff available so no drinks. I think I had 2 drinks in 4 days. The food is appalling. Very very limited choice and did not taste very nice. I have been holidaying in Benidorm for 20+ years and this was the worst hotel food I have ever had.
But I think the worst is the staff attitude - we were the only residents in the hotel that wasn't Spanish and we were practically ignored. ALL the staff, and some of the other guests, were rude and very abrupt. Some of us tried to make a bit of an effort with the language knowing some minimal Spanish and it was clear that the staff were laughing at us with the guests and it made us feel stupid.
As you can see i am an experienced traveler and review a lot on this site and am always fair and honest. My advice is DO NOT STAY HERE

We went to Agua Azul for my hen night for a 3 night stay.
Where shall I start? It's very spanish- not a problem cos you are in Spain!! But it is unfortunate that the Spanish people were very rude. The food wasn't up to scratch. I mainly ate chips although the chocolate profiteroles were very nice.
We were all inclusive but again this was crap. You could only take one drink at a time and had to line up in a queue. Any Spanish came up they got served instantly. There was hardly anything to offer- tea coffee pop local lager, then a few spirits but spanish brand.
The maids were very rude and on one occasion let somebody go in my room and take something. Yes they were part of my group but she didn't no that. The floor was never cleaned and bedding was just smartened up. The towels were changed everyday.
The staff on reception gave a very good first impression. But there was an incident that completely turned my opinion. On our second night 2 of the party went back early. They went to their rooms separate. The man on reception came up and knocked on one of the rooms and entered. He then began to touch himself and made a pass at one of the girls who told him to get out and ran to get the other girl. The management did nothing and the guy denied it all.

I strongly recommend that you don't go to this hotel in a group of young girls or go at all!!!!!

The food was very poor, to the point of being uneatable. Staff rude and unhelpful. We were on a stag weekend, so only eanted to get our heads down, but if I was staying with the family here
I would of been very cross. Stay away!!!!!!!

Some of the reviews seem to have a beef with local spanish residents stopping in the hotel, and certainly they were in the majority during our stay, but this is Spain, so are we saying that they should deny their own?

In any event, the Spanish guests during our stay were pretty much non plussed by their fellow British residents. There was certainly no acrimony that we felt.

My warning regarding this hotel is the fact that they obviously welcome stag & hen parties aplenty (I was part of one) for 2 & 3 night stays. Don't be surprised therefore if you have more noise through the night thanduring the day.

If you're looking for a basic but clean (albeit dated) crash pad for such an occasion, then this is your hotel, which is handily placed for all the goings on in the northern area of Benidorm.

If you're looking for a quieter family holiday, stay clear.

The food, as several have said was poor to awful. The hot breakfast was cold hot dog sausages & mushrooms, and largely undercooked fried eggs every day. Lunch was only a tad better.

The beer however was a well kept Amstel, again great for the stag parties.Cheers & lets get the singing started!

This hotel is a little outta the way - but still very comfortable and affordable. predominantly old Spanish people occupying the hotel. Food was disappointing- it was as if it had all been blended so the older people could swallow it! haha! wouldn't really return, but the experience wasn't overly bad.
