This was an excellent hotel. Iwould definetely reccomend this hotel to any one who wanted to go to Benidorm. In a good area and there is lots of comedy atcs on every night etc. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was very, very clean and the maid changed our bed sheets etc every day and there were ALWAYS knew towels. Poll was massive and there was two sections a deep and a shallow which suited us as we had a small child with us. Entertainment wasnt that good but its not needed in Benidorm cos theres lots of places to go and see. Although Bingo was really good fun with Pepe and there were cash prizes from 60 - 130 euros. So defo, defo go to this hotel its really good, not any faults.

4 of us stayed in the rio park in april, we had a ball the food was excellent the hotel was clean, the staff were so helpfull and the barman in the smoking bar was so funny [this bar stayes open till 3 in the morn and i dont smoke] and nothing was a bother to him he even made coffee at 2.30 in the morn...now thats what i call service and always with a smile...were def going back to the rio park.

We arrived at the hotel at night and were amazed with what we saw, it is so clean and modern, we couldn't believe it was only 3 star - defo should be 4 star! The hotel itself looked as good in the day aswell, the pool area is great and the bar and reception is very clean and attractive. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, had a bit of friendly banter about the football. The meals throughout our 7 night stay were fantastic, I'm a fussy eater but managed to go through nearly everything! The pasta and the meat dishes were one of my favourites! They have 5 lifts, which makes it easier, two of which are made of glass and are on the outside of the hotel, I preferred these lifts as you could look at the view as you were go down. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom is very updated and big! This is my first time to Benidorm and I loved it, I would defo go back again, but only to this hotel, it was the best one in the Levante area. I can see how people go back year after year as it suits both families, couples and groups. The nightlife is electric where the strip of bars are, clubs open til 7am onwards. But for the people wo prefer the quiet night, there is the relaxed bars on the beach front which is around 400m away (2 minute walk). The Levante Beach gets packed throughtout the day, because it's golden sands attract everyone. I got back yesterday and am certainly going to book again for sometime soon.

Loved this hotel! Very clean, Food is lovely, Pool is huge and enterainment was elish! Defo would go again! Went with a whole group of people (Mixed Ages) and all loved it ! I would go if i were you...!
