Stayed here quite recently for five days with some friends on the deal which included bed, breakfast and evening meal.......I was delighted and shall definitely return at some point.
Bed was comfortable, the rooms fixtures and fittings serviceable, plenty of cupboard space, room safe and a quite spacious balcony overlooking the hotels pool, just a shame the wifi signal was not sufficient for my purpose in the room but fine in the hotel foyer.
Location is minutes walk away from Benidorm's famous 'British' themed nightspots featuring countless comedy acts and cabaret shows, also only a five minute stroll to the truly excellent, pristine beach area with some excellent bars and cafes. The old town would be a five minute cab ride.
Staff were ok and quite helpful without going out of their away to be completely accommodating, Nontheless I never had any reason to complain.
The evening meal buffet was a splendid experience and one that my waist line took a number of weeks to recover from, the choice of soups, cold meats, salads, hot dishes and desserts was quite sumptuous.....no wonder there was always a hungry gathering waiting outside the dining area for the doors to open.
Well done Don Panch......your formula is a winner.

Room Tip: If you need wifi, ask for a room were it actually works.

Lovely clean hotel, rooms dated but very clean with excellent maid service. Food very good but restaurant service lets it down at times. Reception staff very helpful and it was nice that they had our details on file and we received some complimentary fruit and water in the room for returning. Older clientele with high standards will love this hotel, it just didn't suit our needs for this holiday. Would recommend this hotel, it's just not for us.

Ignore the moaners - this hotel is lovely. Food is great, veg not cooked to a pulp like most hotels, good selection, great service. Most guests are in the older age group, but they are still friendly and enjoy themselves. Efficient, friendly reception - if you need anything just ask. Everywhere is spotless, nice rooms with comfy beds and sparkling white bedding and towels. Limited entertainment in hotel, but with its location being close to everything we went out for entertainment anyway. Calm, quiet oasis amidst the madness that is Benidorm! We would certainly recommend it, don't hesitate!

Room Tip: We had room on 11th floor, good views.

My husband and I have just returned from 11 nights at this hotel. We read some bad reviews on here before we went and I'm glad we took no notice of them. Yes, the hotel does look a little dated in places but overall the hotel is spotless. Maids do a brilliant job cleaning the rooms daily. Fresh towels and sheets every day. Bar staff are the friendliest I've come across in any hotel with a great sense of humour. Waiters and waitresses work very hard clearing and setting up tables so there is never a problem getting a table in the dining room. The food is of a very high standard but for me not enough choice. They do a carvery every night which my husband loved. Breakfast was very good too. Its a nice hotel for couples who don't want screaming kids running around everywhere. There are 5 lifts that all worked fine for the 11 days we were there. We had a room on th 16th floor which had a wonderful view. The evening entertainment wasn't to our taste but that wasn't a problem as we went out every evening and got entertained in the local bars and clubs all nearby. We had a lovely holiday and will return to this hotel next time we holiday in Benidorm. It's a very comfortable hotel to stay in.

Just back after one enjoyable week. Efficient and helpful reception staff. Good sized room and en suite. Well laundered pure white linen. Clean floors. Balcony has table and two chairs with great seaviews. Each day was a pleasure to return to as it was kept pristine. Not even a mark on the walls. The restaurant also well presented and provided a good variety of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. The roasts are superb. The location is very much a plus. Near the beach/promenade and lots of very diverse evening entertainment nearby. Handy for shops and buses.
Two minuses: The in-house entertainment has not enough variety. The sunbed army were amazing- would wait 45 minutes until it was opened to get 'their' spot. Their behaviour is not the hotel's fault. However in the evening it's a nice place to sit.

Room Tip: Higher floors have the best view.

Returned home a couple of weeks ago after spending 11 nights in this hotel. We take at least 3 holidays abroad each year and whilst there are some minor issues with this hotel it does compare favourably with other Spanish 4 star hotels. Food is excellent ( if you complain about the food there is something wrong with you). Hotel is clean. Entertainment good although catering mainly for the older generation. Down side:- rooms a little tired and need upgrading and the pool area is limited. However, I am not going to dwell on these aspects. Good hotel, would definitely recommend it to others.
