“Not for Irish or english!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

We stayed here for a week from the 5/10/2013. We read the reviews on line and it sounded great. We booked half board and the cost was €488. We arrived with high hopes for our first ever holiday to Benidorm. At reception the woman said, you have booked half board but we will just give you bed and breakfast because we only do Spanish food and you won't like it!! We were stunned and speachless!!! The woman changed the price from €488 to €390. So now our spending money had to cover the cost of eating out every day aswell !!! The hotel itself was lovely looking inside. Very clean and quiet. A lovely family run hotel. We got to our room which was small but enough room to walk around the bed. A very nice bathroom with towels , soap and shampoos. The television had only Spanish stations . We found a radio station with English music. I opened the sliding doors to a two foot balcony!!! So we couldn't sit out. On the roof were some sunbeds and a hot tub. It didn't look appealing to us. Also a small room on the roof with some gym equipment. showers and toilets. Great location in the old town close to everything. The breakfast room was small and more like a canteen If all guests are having breakfast at the same time there is not enough room.We had to wait in the hall one morning. The breakfast is continental. They did do some scrambled eggs, beans and chopped up bacon. Not hot but luke warm. I think this hotel is for you if you like continental breakfast, Spanish dinners, no swimming pool and no sitting out on a balcony. We really liked Benidorm old town and would go back but not to this hotel. Hopefully this review will be helpful to some people we certainly would have liked to have known all this before we booked. Did not say on line when booking that they only do Spanish meals!!!The room also had a small fridge.

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony that you can fit on to sit out and a balcony that has the possibility of some suns...

Great little clean, friendly hotel in the old part of town. This was our second visit and it was as good as the first time. Hotel is totally accessible for wheelchair users and the staff are very helpful. Really close to many very good restaurants, bars and shops. Couldn't ask for more!!

What a lovely little hotel in the heart of the Old Town of Benidorm. couldn't fault it clean very friendly and so convenient. Spent 3 nights there will definitely be back, lovely part of the town, lots of nice little bars and plenty of very good quality restaurants, within close walking distance.

A real Spanish Gem in the heart of the old-town in Benidorm. In a surprisingly quiet side-street within the pedestrianized area. Fantastic décor. Lovely breakfasts. Friendly service. Highly recommended

After many, many visits to Benidorm and after staying in many hotels, I stumbled on this hidden gem by accident on my last trip and decided to book it for this current trip.

Absolutely stunning, very 'designer', clean and light... Staff are more than helpful and although I didn't book the full board option, there are plenty of local bars and cafs that will cater for your every need...

The reception service was excellent, checkin was fast and efficient, while providing me with all the information I might need...

Getting there is easy, although it is on a pedestrianised street you won't have to walk more than 100 yards to the door...

The decor and furnishings are of a very high standard, very light and airy.

The rooms themselves are smart, with everything you need from air conditioning to a hair dryer... Again, the furnishings are lovely!

The bathroom was so clean I was almost frightened to use it! Everything you need was provided and unlike some bathrooms, smelt fresh and clean.

Top marks, definitely recommended...

Wonderfllu small boutique hotel. clean , lovely staff , beautiful breakfast. Situated in a great place for beach, bars and wonderful shops.

If you require a balcony to sit on please be sure to ask for a superior room with a larger balcony , some rooms only have a "juliette balcony " so no chairs or seating area.
Apart from this great little Hotel in Benidorm . Best I have stayed at .

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise, but not undue noise, at night I slept very well.
