“Great apartments with stunning views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013 via mobile

These apartments are located right on the promenade with stunning views ,spacious balcony with chairs and loungers .
Inside the apartment is everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday ,microwave, kettle toaster and hob, they even have an iron and ironing board. The size of the apartments are really large with comfortable furniture and beds .The check in process was quick and staff very helpful there is a restaurant but the staff are a little off putting as they seemed quite miserable.
There is a large pool area which is not really good for sunbathing due to the apartments blocking out the sun even in high season but as you are only yards from beach there wasn't a problem.
They are rather more expensive than some apartments we have stayed in due to being located on the promenade, but that said well worth it.

We only stayed here for one night as we passing through the area. The apartments are right on Levante beach so sea views are garunteed! The apartment was modern and well equipped and comfortable. The price was on the high side for Benidorm but the quality and location were worth the extra amount. Good service on check in and we had no complaints.

Room Tip: Request high floor

A lovely holiday starts with a good hotel or apartment.
This was a really great start.
The staff seemed to enjoy working there, and it came through in their helpful attitudes.
We arrived at 12, but the room wasn't quite ready because you can check out at 12.
We left our cases in the space provided and I also left my lap top behind the desk for security, we then just popped along to the Deutcheshaus bar for a couple of pints.
By then, everything was ready.
I asked for a low floor due to having a "dicky ticker". We were given a first floor apartment.
We enjoyed our 2 week vacation.
The pool was shared with the Comodoro.
Enough sunbeds for all.
Note....If you have young children...There is no small pool for them.
There are 4 lifts, so the wait isn't long.

Room Tip: When booking, ask for low or high floor to suit yourselves.

Our apartment on the 21st floor was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views from the sunny balcony were amazing. The only reasons that I haven't given Les Dunes 5 stars is that the restaurant was not very welcoming, with surly staff, and the pool area was uninviting and dismal. Mind you, who needs a pool when you have a beautiful beach opposite?
Benidorm was brilliant, with something for everyone - it's reputation seems unfair as it is a picturesque resort with loads to see and do. We walked from one end to the other along the promenade, caught an open- topped bus to see the whole resort, had a boat trip to Benidorm Island and hired a car to travel further up the coast. There were a number of raucous 'stag and hen' parties but they were quite entertaining and good spirited, and mixed with the many different age groups.

Room Tip: apartments on higher floors have best views

This was our second stay here and it was just as good.
Unfortunately our apartment wasn't ready again, because the previous occupants had left it in a bad way.We didn't mind as would prefer for it to be clean.Returned after a couple of hours and it was spotless.
Again, a nice big balcony with 2 loungers, table and 2 chairs.High floor as requested with amazing views.Well equipped kitchen area. Comfy beds .Had 4 sets of towels between the 2 of us,then a change on the 4th day. Also clean sheets.
FREE wi fi. Just ask the helpful staff on reception for the code.
Pool area was lovely and clean and peaceful compared to the beach.( found the beach so noisy and pestered all the time with massages, men selling drinks etc.) Was lovely to be able to relax and have a snooze. Theres no pool bar, music, entertainment. Bliss!!!!!!! There are 2 vending machines or 3 supermarkets round the corner.

The only thing that spoiled our stay, were the staff in the restaurant that is under the apartments.SO MISERABLE.Never smiled. You almost felt they didn't want to serve you.Even ordering in Spanish didn't make a difference. Wasn't really a problem as we just went elsewhere.Such a shame.
Would i return for a third time.?
Defiantly.!!!!!
Just wont use the restaurant if its the same staff.
Just one more thing. No cleaning stuff under sink. No cloths, washing up liquid, surface spray.
No salt, pepper, sugar. So you really need to take your own or buy it there.

Room Tip: High floor for the view.

Just returned from out stay at Les Dunes Suites. The one bed apt was very spacious with a big balcony that doesnt really get much sun with the layout of it but then again the beach is just in front of the hotel. Great bars and restaurants either side of this complex with good prices during the day but the bars tend to get a bit pricey at night but only some of them eg moon beach and the guiness bar €18 for two drinks unlike tikki beach €11 for bucket of corona very good prices here and the bands are great too. Anyway these apartments have loads of room kitchen a bit small but you wouldnt be doing that much cooking on your holidays. we were there for 10 days and had a cleaner in twice while we were there not bad at all. They only thing is that they are a bit pricey but its the location you pay for. The restaurant in the complex is more catered for spanish but the food was ok. Will def return here excellent holiday....

Room Tip: We stayed on the 8th floor as my partner didnt like heights but i did prefer this.

We have just returned from our first stay at Les Dunes apartments, but it definitely wont be our last. I have stayed in may apartments in Benidorm but will look no further in future! The apartments were immaculate and well equipped. Air conditioning was brilliant and beds were super comfy. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English (particularly Raynaldo and Petra whom we saw most during our stay.) We stayed in apartment 17a and the view across levante beach was breathtaking. Apartments are cleaned every 4 days ( which was ample as there was only 2 of us) but we asked the maids for extra towels when needed and it wasn't a problem. Pool area was clean and tidy and we had no problem getting sunloungers as most visitors went to the beach due to the close proximity. Location was near to bars restaurant and nightlife but not affected by noise. Couldn't fault the place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: higher floors give the best views and lifts are quite quick
