I'll be brief as I have similar comments to many other people who have stayed at this lovely hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return.
Beautifully clean, lovely pleasant and helpful staff, across the road from the beach.
SPA is a nice experience, i also had a massage which was very good.
The food was very good indeed, I am a fussy eater and my husband will only eat quality! I was very pleased when my husband commented on how good the food was, and as a fussy eater there was never a meal I couldn't find something to eat. Lots of variety during the week we were there, Tapas, goats cheese, parma ham, salads, pork chops, lamb, steaks, paella, chicken, rabbit, liver and onion, cottage pie, potatos, vegetables, chips!, lot's of fresh fruit, desserts, pancakes, omlete. There is also a sign up saying if you have special dietary requirements to speak with the Maitre D so I am sure they can accomodate anyone.
We stayed 18th Dec - 25th Dec (leaving Christmas morning so sadly missed the Christmas Day meal celebrations) the hotel was quite quiet the begining of our stay but was full by the time we were leaving. Lot's of repeat visitors and also Spanish families which I feel is always a good sign.
There is a small pool which was undercover for the winter and whilst I went and had a look around I didn't actually have a swim although the water wasn't very cold. Small play pool with a slide outside for children in the summertime.
All Inclusive includes international brands, San Miguel, the wine was good, smirnoff, etc so quality drinks being served.
We took my husbands Mum with us so we weren't looking for a lively holiday - the hotel was gorgeous, rooms very clean, FAB shower which takes a mo to work out as it's a little high tech! Within 5-10mins walking distance to Benidorm Old Town which was lovely to wander around.
This is our 1st trip to Benidorm and whilst we personally wouldnt like to go there in high season we would defo return off season. The Benidrom area itself was very pleasant indeed and very clean - not like the spanish version of Blackpool that we had perhaps expected (no offence to Blackpool as I have spent many happy holidays there!!). It is built up and there is some issues with thieves on the streets but both our Travel Representatives and some locals living in Benidorm warned us to take care with handbags etc. It's like everywhere else you just need to be cautious with your valuables - we didn't see any problems personally whilst we were there.
We stayed on the 7th floor and had no problems with noise at all. We didn't have a sea view but...
