“Excellent Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

Me and my boyfriend went at the end of june for two nights and we loved it. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were really friendly. We had full board and although there wasn't much to choose from, the food was nice. We were on the 1 floor, the room was nice, clean and tidy although on the first night we didn't get to sleep properly due to the family next door with children crying non stop. I know this isnt the staff's fault but the walls are really thin. I would recommend to stay on the top floor as the view from the first floor isnt great. Always looking forward to stay at Servigroup hotels. Thumbs up!

What a fantastic time we've had.. I can't praise the hotel or staff enough. We arrived as a party of 9 on 11th July for a long weekend to celebrate my uncles 60th. Check in was early as our rooms were ready and really quick. The rooms are basic but extremely clean and spacious. Maid service daily and she did a fantastic job. The food.. I travel with the worlds fussiest eater and she loved every meal. Any one who says they couldn't find something to eat at every meal is just being ridiculously picky. None of us ever left the restaurant hungry. We stayed full board and it was worth every penny and more. The bar area was always clean tidy and you were always greeted with a smile by the bar staff. As we were there for a 60th birthday every time we were anywhere near a bar they was Champagne offered to help with our celebrations. This was also left in the Birthday Boys room.

So enough of my gushing. If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head that's clean and the staff are fantastic that's just out of the centre of Benidorm then The Rialto is the place for you. I have no doubt that Nicky and all the staff will make your stay with them as memorable as ours......

Room Tip: if you can get one of the #01 rooms they have a view of the see and are very spacious

The Hotel is in a quiet area, but easily accessable to the promanade and a bus service to the Old Town. A quiet hotel not too large, the food was excellent with plenty of choice . Very helpful friendly staff, we have stayed here many times and though a little out of the hustle and bustle, much better if you want to be quiet and get some sleep . We stayed at a large busy Hotel during one stay and did not get any sleep as people were comimg in at all hours of the night and very noisy, and we could hear everything that went on in the next room , so now we have found a smaller quieter hotel which we love and we would no stay anywhere else now

This is a quiet relaxing hotel about 5 minutes walk up the 'Hill' away from the busy town. On arriving my first impressions weren't great but I hoped the place would grow on me. The public areas of the hotel are not as posh as the Calypso and the walk up the hill was a worry for my mother; also the balconies are a little small and rendered in a rather old fashioned sharp textured render which means you daren't lean on the walls! I was instantly wondering how this was, at the time, the second best rated hotel on Trip Advisor?

Well the place did, as I hoped. grow on me for the following reasons:

Staff are all lovely especially the hard working dining room staff, who were so friendly.
The pool/seating area is quiet without so many children dive bombing and shouting.
The evening entertainment was actually good and I applaud the hotel for making such an effort with this given that the guests show little interest.
Food was excellent and tasty, never where there any shortages of anything.
I actually enjoyed the short walk to and from town; it gives the hotel a quieter setting.

I did find the sun on the pool facing balcony too hot between about 4:30 and 6:30 but I can't exactly blame the hotel for that!

I would return in a heart beat to this relaxing hotel.

Room Tip: If you like hot sun in the late afternoon ask for a pool facing room otherwise try the other side of...

We visited the hotel Rialto in July, as part of a 60th Birthday celebration. The hotel is situated in what I would call a quieter part of Benidorm in the new town. The location was great as a walk to the beach was only five minutes away down hill. The hotel isn't what you would expect and is catered more towards families and individuals rather than large stag parties. The food was good and varied, and well worth the full board price. Rooms are simply decorated, clean, well maintained and have hair dryers, safety deposit boxes and plenty of storage. The balcony was also a great bonus overlooking the mountains. With regards service and reception all were excellent, very friendly staff, and more than happy to make your stay hassle free. For example there had been a mix up with airport bus timings (booked separate from the hotel) the reception staff made the necessary calls that day and organised for the correct pick up time with no hassle to our party. In summary a great hotel, well worth the money, very good professional and friend staff and great location. Will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Even number rooms face over the pool and towards the mountains and sea.

I stayed here from the 5th July to the 8th July as part of a hen do and we had the best weekend thanks to the staff and hotel amenities.

We arrived on the Saturday afternoon and were greeted by the friendly reception staff and given the keys to our room. Rooms were clean and spacious with huge bathrooms and everything we could've wanted - even a free mug as we had booked directly through the hotel!

The pool area is clean and there are plenty of sun beds - just a tip that the sun doesn't hit the area fully until about 11am so if you want early sun head to the beach and then come back to the pool. The bar area served plenty of drinks including some lovely cocktails and were quite reasonably priced.

We were staying on a full board basis which I could not recommend enough! So much food with many English options alongside Spanish dishes with salads, soups and desserts. Drinks are again reasonably priced and are paid for when you leave the restaurant.

Hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the main strip for bars and entertainment and the beach is again a short walk down a small hill. If anyone has health problems and not able to walk a hill then would recommend a taxi to the strip or the beach but for anyone else it feels quite burning off the night before's cocktails!

Overall such a lovely weekend and if I return to Beniform, I will be returning here!

Hotel is well situated - a short walk from the shops and bars, and not too far from the beach. There is a hill to climb on the way back, but this is not a problem unless you are elderly or particularly obese! A good average size room with plenty of storage space, clean bathroom and balcony. Also had flat screen television (with a few English language channels), telephone and hair dryer. Safe and fridge could be used at extra cost. Twin lifts supplied all floors. These were modern and reliable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with any enquiry. The pool was adequate and surrounded by plenty of sunbeds.(not much sun until about 11.00 though!). Well situated to enjoy all Benidorm has to offer.

Room Tip: To catch early sun on the balcony, choose room opposite side to hotel pool.
