Stayed here for one night last Saturday, 15 September and couldn't fault it. Jorge on reception was sooooo helpful, soooo welcoming, all hotel receptionists could learn from him. Yes this is a chain hotel but it has everything for a one night stay, clean room, quiet position, very good breakfast and it is next to a large shopping area! The parking was on site and we were only 10 or 15 minutes from the centre of Pamplona.

5 minutes drive from the crowded center of the Pamplona. Very convenient. New and clean rooms. Low price.
Easy to get in easy to get out. Free parking. Hospitable receptionists. Good breakast is included in the price

I use this hotel a lot on my trips to and from France.
I stayed 2 nights this month 1 up and 1 down.
Pubic hairs in the bathroom, staines on the carpets and generally tired looking rooms.
Shame as it is in a good position to find and park. Breakfast is still a bonus and not bad.
Good reception staff.
Come on guys spend a little and start to refurb.

Good value for money if you are seeking to have a hotel in a quite corner, yet walk to a Mall or a shopping centre, walk or bus or drive to city center and business districts. The room was clean and spaciuos enough to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was fullfiling except the famed Spanish Omlette quickly ran out of stock. It was a crowded day and there were some late comers to the breakfast table including me.
Overall a fantastic place to stay and you will get some good weekend deals as well. Very friendly staff. Free parking, ENglish speaking staff
