This is on the Plaza de Toros corner (northeast) of Plaza del Castillo. They try to keep up a restaurant feeling with a paper tablecloth. The asparagus ("esparrago") was incredibly tender, a specialty of Navarre. My sister had a seafood paella, which came faster than the 20 minutes they ask you to allow. I had a veryt fine fish. The profiteroles were excellent.
Only complaint was that service was a bit slow, but it's not personal. Both of the servers seemed to be nice well-intentioned people with uncommonly acute nicotine obsessions. They drag on their cigarettes as long as they can and then rest the half-smoked cigs on something presumably fireproof before getting around to addressing their next task.
