My five friends and I stayed here during the San Fermin festival. We only made the reservation like a month in advance, so it was a miracle we found anywhere to stay at all for less than $1000 a night. As it was, this place was still expensive (117 euros per person per night). It was a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (which was VERY nice), a balcony, and a patio. And it was REALLY nice. The beds were comfortable, but only twins (I'm sure you could put them together). They brought in cots for the two extra people, which made the living room a bit crowded. The place was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were nice and helpful.
Location, for San Fermin, was perfect. It was far enough away that you had a shot at a decent night's sleep and the nearby restaurants were much cheaper. It's next to a bus stop that takes you into old town for like a euro and a bit. If you were staying here for a normal trip to Pamplona, it is a bit far away though.
The one thing that confused me was that the site I booked this on claimed that it was a hostel? It's a series of apartments, not what one would normally call a hostel. I read some reviews that they put different groups of people in the same apartment or they didn't let people use the kitchens or something, but that was not our experience. But then again, we booked a whole apartment, so that may be why.
