I enjoyed a very pleasant lunch here with three of my colleagues on a very warm afternoon in early May. It was roasting outside, around 32C, I was glad of the sanctuary of an air conditioned dining room.
Ranga 3a is located near an office/ apartment development, the room is bright, aided by the floor to ceiling windows.
Lunch consisted of a steady stream of Spanish staples, starting with Galican Octopus, I know this is not to everyone's taste but when it is done properly, it is as delightful as it is delicious. There was my "must have" a plate of ham and cheese, iberico and manchego, one of life's simple pleasures. A mixed salad, some salt cod and a steak for the centre of the table to share, served with some Foie Gras, this was hardly a light lunch. Accompanied by a couple of beers and the odd glass of wine, the walk back to the hotel, seemed to take a little longer, especially as the temperature has a moved a couple of degrees higher by late afternoon. When I got back to the hotel, a nap was needed,it was a bit more than forty winks but don't tell the boss!!!
