“Excellent!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012

Got this tip from a local living in the Latina neighbourhood. The restaurant is divided into two parts: one traditional tapas bar and a smaller restaurant-part.

We had to wait couple of minutes at the bar side before we got seated. This gave us a good insight of the atmosphere in local tapas place. Menu is a nice mix of classic tapas combined with some really creative dishes. Highly recommended and will def. return if visiting Madrid in the future.

“Very good!”

Food is great, no doubts on that at all! You will be treating yourself to a nice party of your taste buds! :] The only downside is that the sitting area is quite small and it's always busy.

“A volcano of JOY.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

We were in Madrid for one night only and didn't have time to crawl the tapas joints (sadly!) but chose this one as a modern take on the cuisine. We weren't disappointed. Excellent service and a menu in English (come on, some of these things were pretty complicated). Lovely Bonito carpaccio with puffed cereal grains and an insanely delicious soft shell crab with avocado and all kind of good stuff. Dulce de leche volcano for pudding, which took ages, but was really, really good. Great semi-spakling rose too, can't remember the name. Amazing value for money. Don't hesitate.

This is a "must visit" place if you ever come to Madrid and walk through La Latina neighborhood. Fantastic tapas. Great atmosphere. Very reasonable prices.

“Hidden Treasure - DO NOT MISS THIS!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

The food was INCREDIBLE! We ordered lots of little bites and although it was tiny insiude it was so worth being in a tiny little place for the food, service and attention to detail - we also ordered the 2007 Rioja which was lovely. Would eat there every day until I was blind from tapas!
