Artemisa provided me (vegan) and my husband (non-vegan) with a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. We did not take advantage of the menu del dia, as we do not speak Spanish and could not figure out the menu. The servers did not speak much English and weren't really the friendliest, so we did not attempt to figure it out. We ordered from the regular menu, which worked out just fine. My husband got the paella, which he enjoyed, and I got the vegan persian pie. My pie was really delicious and came with a side of veggies and mixed grains. It was also quite large, so I was able to take the leftovers with me for later in the day. Overall, I found the food to be delicious and heartily portioned, so worth the price. If you are looking for a restaurant in Madrid with varied vegetarian and vegan options, I'd definitely recommend it.
