“Stay here if you will work in the area”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2014

The hotel itself is not too bad. I would say that the rooms offers an acceptable level of comfort even though there are a couple of things that could be improved. For instance the TV is quite small and the number of English speaking channels is VERY limited. I also miss coffee and tea making facilities in the room. But I would say that the main problem for this hotel is the surroundings. The area is very boring with absolutely nothing to offer at walking distance. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it was impossible to find anything to eat. And the only thing that the hotel could offer during the weekend was a fridge with some salads and sandwiches in it. Breakfast was ok with basic selection. Hotel staff was not very friendly but more indifferent, but if you asked them for a service they would do it.

We come here regularly for business lunches as it is located just outside a business park. The service is excellent, and range of choice for food is great. We have also used the business services (meeting rooms, and huge room for 200+ people).

The hotel is located about a 20 minute cab ride from downtown. It's about a 5 minute walk to a metro that will take you there instead, Great location if you are working nearby or at the Feria de Madrid for a conference.

I especially wanted to write this review for the staff at lunch service in the lounge. They are excellent, friendly, and prompt.

If working in the area this a convenient hotel to stay in. It's clean and the service is good when you can find it. (I tried for 30 minutes to order room service, so allow time to order). The rooms and bathrooms are clean and beds comfortable. breakfast is lean but adequate and availability of Nespresso is a big plus for that evening espresso.
On downside this is the least soundproof hotel I have stayed in, with next door snoring and tv seemingly right in your room. Bring good ear plugs or sleep with canal buds.
Internet is free in lobby but very expensive in room (12Euro), so negotiate in room Internet on check in.

I stayed 3 weeks in a long work assignment in an office at the same building complex.
The hotel is comfortable, sleep quality is flawless and the staff is extremely nice (specially Amalia).
Good breakfast, although it's always the same (not good when you're staying 3 weeks).
Room is very spacious.
Subway station is 700 meters away and you cant get to the city centre in 25 minutes.
Food in the restaurant is good, but the hotel is so empty during weekends that in one of them it wasn't open and I had to fight the tiredness to go to the centre.

One bad aspect: my Reward Points weren't credited and one month after the checkout I'm still waiting for a feedback from them about it.

I needed to be in this part of Madrid for a couple of days so stayed here two nights, on a very good rate, which included breakfast.

The hotel is small but clean and pleasant. The same can be said of the rooms, which have everything you need. The breakfast is also adequate. I used the laundry service which was also efficient.

The only issue is the internet fee. I really object to hotels charging for internet access and here they charged 12 Euros per day, which was over 20% of the room rate. This needs to change.

Other than that this is a good hotel and I look forward to staying here again if I am in the area.

This is a good place to stay if you need to be in the Feria area or are getting around by car. I don't particularly like the modern design of the AC hotels but the small room was clean. You may be disturbed by other guests talking loudly in the corridors. As is often the case in Spain, the bed was very hard. Breakfast had a nice selection of food and cooked to order items.

Was here for a conference, so didn't have the choice but made the best of it. The plus points are that the inside of the hotel and rooms are quite new, clean and modern. Not the most sound proofed room I've ever stayed in but I managed to sleep well. Breakfast was ok but would have liked a bit more variety and choice (no choice of black tea, just one).

Service was ok - just lacking in a bit of warmth - but no complaints at all.

The main problem is its location. It's literally in the middle of nowhere. If you don't have a car, you have to rely on taxis. We paid €27 to get into the centre of town, so we could go out to dinner (although we could have had dinner in the hotel). It's just something to bear in mind if you're going to stay here.
