“EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

We love this hotel so much. We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, and we had no complaint at all.
1. The location is great. It is in the middle of all the attraction, within walking distance.
2. The Metro Station is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
3. The groceries store just next door to the hotel, the supermarket only 3 minutes walk
4. The chines all you can eat restaurant (9 euro / person), cheap price, nice meal, many of varieties from sushi, roll, salad, hot wings, chines food, pudding, ice cream, cakes, etc, all included and they open up to 9 pm, just 5 doors next to the hotel
5. The hotel is clean, bright, and the most important thing they have LIFT and it is in the good condition
6. The room, we stayed at room 15 and 16, just next to the lift, at first, we were afraid it should be noisy, but it was not. we sleep very well
7. The room is big, clean, with ac, mini bar, television, and kitchenete, and the stove work well
8. The bathroom, is big, clean, and the hot water runs well
9. The bed is very comfortable
10. The service is EXCELENT, all the staffs do their job very well. They are polite, helpfull, friendly, honest and sincere
11. We came early at 10 am, and they let us check in after the early flight
12. The wifi works well and free of charge

Finally, we have no regrets to stay at this hotel.
We will strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends if they visit Madrid.

Room Tip: Each room are spacey and clean and very comfortable.

I am not sure why this hotel was listed as an aparthotel as the room was just slightly larger than a typical hotel room with a kitchenette that was useless. There was nothing in the cabinets. The manager's welcome letter noted that the kitchens were not equiped but that plates, etc. were available at the front desk. However, all that was available were some plates, flatware and one coffee stained cup. There is a two-burner stove and a microwave, but no pots or pans, utensils, tea towel or dish detergent. The only thing that we used was the refrigerator for soft drinks, water and beer. An Asian market next door was convenient for that. And be sure to ask for extra towels, pillows, blankets, etc. if needed. Otherwise the hotel is in a good location near the Royal Palace and the Plaza d'Espana and a block away from the metro. There are also many tapa bars and restaurants in the area. Beware of restaurants offering "free" beer with the purchase of a tapa, That promotion apparently is good only on the sixth Tuesday of the month. I was a bit concerned that our second floor room faced the street, but it was not noisy. Service at the front desk was also good but it is helpful to know some Spanish.

This hotel is really well located, right near a metro station with easy access to the airport. The staff are fantastic and very helpful, the rooms are large, clean and modern with a great bathroom with a bath tub. I had a street facing room which had a balcony that was lovely to have the doors open for air into the room. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, however there are no amenities for it such as plates etc. There's a small supermarket next door which is really convenient and you can pick up some plastic forks, plates etc. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise for us. Very quiet. (Madrid can be really loud at night.) The king size bed was comfortable, the suite has central air, small kitchenette and a nice large bathroom with tub, shower, bidet and good hair dryer. Located on Leganitos street, steps away from the metro on plaza España and Gran Via.

My room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bathroom had a proper bathtub and bidet. All the 3 reception staff i met were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that the kitchenette in the room is useless because, while there is a stove, fridge, and sink, there is nothing else: no plates, bowls, cups, utensils, or anything else. So, unless you bring (or buy) your own pots, dishes, and utensils, the kitchen is of no use.

Room Tip: If you wish to do your own cooking, ask for a room with a kitchen and bring your own dishes, cutlery...

As others have said, this hotel seems a bit pokey when you first walk in but the rooms are amazing. Very spacious, clean and modern. Our room had a little kitchen which came in very handy for when we wanted to save some money and cook our own dinner. It didn't have any cutlery or utensils etc though so I'd recommend taking some with you.

The hotel is within walking distance of most places in Madrid and is close to the subway too. A great find!

Room Tip: I'm not sure if they all the rooms have kitchens but I'd definitely recommend trying to get...

My husband and I have just returned from our stay at this hotel. We had a great holiday in Madrid and the accomodations were good. Manuel at the front desk was a great help and made navigating and getting information very easy. Hotel is very clean and our room had plenty of space - although there are no bowls or utensils to use in the kitchen area. Water pressure wasn't great and bed was a little hard to our liking, and we could hear our neighbors up and about at all hours. The price was right and the Metro stop is very convenient - and while some things could be improved I would still recommend this hotel to friends and family.
