“Decent location, budget friendly hotel.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

This hotel is fairly decent, nothing flashy but perfect for an affordable city break. It's very close to Banco de espania metro stop so easy to get to airport, basic amenities and friendly staff, I'd say the place is on par with a premier Inn (UK hotel chain).

It's close to the main centre (Puerto del Sol / Gran Via) but I'd say it's still a 10 minute walk so I wouldn't classify it as in the centre per se. That said its in a quite street and so it's peaceful at night. I would recommend it if with a family or don't like the hustle and bustle of being smack bang in the centre but close enough to walk.

All the main attractions are within walk distance.

Beds were not very comfortable but may have been just our room!!

Dear traveller,

Thank you very much for spend part of your time to share your experience in our hotel, we appreciate it.

Firstly I am very sorry if our beds looked like you not very comfortable, we will check it to detect if there is some problems on it, thank you for let us know.

The hotel is located in the centre of Madrid, in Chueca District and 30 seconds walking from Gran Vía. We think that the hotel is a perfect starting point to visit all the main interesting places. Puerta del Sol is 8 minutes from here, the Prado Museum is only 10 minutes walking…

We are happy because we think that in general you enjoyed your visit to our City. We hope to see you again in our hotel we will be happy to hosting you.

Best regards

All of the hotel staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. They had tips on restaurants, sightseeing, and anything else we asked about. The location is wonderful as it's only a few blocks from Cibeles Square (where the express bus to the airport picks up and drops off), a handful of blocks from Puerta del Sol, and just down the street from a metro stop. A grocery store and tapas bars are just down the street, too.

We did upgrade our room and it was a large hotel room, probably the largest room I've ever stayed in in Europe. The bed was harder than U.S. beds, but not uncomfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The bathroom was very spacious as well and I loved the bathtub. Because it is a couple blocks off the main street, the outside noise is minimal and we didn't hear any inside noise at night, which provided for great opportunities for sleeping in!

Dear guest,

Thank for the nice remarks about our hotel and for the qualification you give us.

On behalf all the entire staff thank you for the nice words you have write about us, we appreciate it.

The hotel location is perfect like starting point to visit the City, from here you can walk to all the main places. We are also in a quiet area of the Chueca District.

Like you, we think that the superior rooms worth, they have the best location in the building, they are bigger than the standard and all for only 15€ more.

Good luck and we hope to see you in your next trip to Madrid.

Regards

Hotel was exceptionally clean with very friendly and professional service. Located just off the main streets with several top rated restaurants within 5 - 10 min walk. Can walk to several attractions within 1-2 miles.easy access to Metro (5min). When we return to Madrid this will be the hotel of choice.

Dear guest,

Firstly we are glad to know that hotel liked you and you will consider us for your next trip to Madrid, thank you very much.

For the entire hotels all over the word the cleaning is the most important think. The housekeeper department work very hard every day to keep our rooms as clean as their homes. Thank you to your remark about the cleaning of our hotel.

We hope to see you soon

Prime location, close to metro and Cibeles Square. Nice staff speak English. We received quite a spacious room on a high floor as we requested. Has a safe and minibar can use a small refrigerator. Good breakfast and when all the places are still closed. Was a large closet in the room. We got more pillows and a blanket by our request.
Only view was a building across the street.
Perhaps a better corner rooms. Overall it was convenient
Definitely a fair price for center of Madrid

Dear traveller,

Thank you for your nice remark, we appreciate it.

We are happy because the hotel has covered your expectations.

When the reservation & front desk department receives a booking we always read the special remarks of our future guests. On it they write all their preference, queen/twin bed, balcony, quiet… and always work hard to provide all of them.

The rooms in the corner are the superior rooms, they cost only 15€ more and in my opinion they worth.

We see you on your next visit to Madrid

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Lusso Infantas with family and friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. This hotel is the perfect base for exploring Madrid as it is situated on a quiet street just off the Gran Via. We had a room on the 4th floor with an above average sized bathroom for a hotel. It was air conditioned and had two lovely balcony windows. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely and set us up for a day's exploring. The staff placed a bottle of cava in my room with two flutes on my birthday which was a nice touch. If we are ever back in Madrid we would stay here again.

I've been staying here for years - it is a small boutique hotel just off Calle Alcala on the edge of Chueca so it is within walking distance of the Prado, the Thyssen, the barrio de las Artes, good bookshops, the Gran Via, markets, restaurants, and the metro.
An attractive 19th century building, the best rooms are the exterior ones on the corner -like a little mini-suite with arm chairs and tv, good sized bedroom with wifi, bathroom with bath robes and slippers. I like the old fashioned wooden shutters on the windows but they may not shut out the street noise. There is a restaurant Ex Libris with a set lunch which is popular with local business people. For breakfast I prefer to go to one of the many Typical bars along the street.

Room Tip: Ask for a corner exterior room.
