We only stayed here for two nights at the end of a 10 day vacation but the room was spotless and even though it was November, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub, which was a really nice addition to the room. We had read other reviewers complain about the noise but we live in NYC and it wasn't anything other than what you'd expect in a city.
Once we returned home, I immediately had to track down the soaps/hair care products that the hotel stocks - smells great.
Agree that they could improve the Wi-Fi so that it doesn't require constant check-in but ultimately, it's not the big of a deal.
