By far the biggest hotel I've ever been to. And frankly said: too big. Despite the fact that all the amenities of the hotel don't leave room for any concrete complaint, you never really get comfortable with this place. The lobby is so huge it would require a bike to get from one end to the other in a reasonable amount of time. I really wonder what the purpose of such a big building was in the first place since I have doubts that the hotel ever gets close to beeing fully booked despite the conference center inside. The food is very good though, the staff friendly. And the location is unique: over ten miles outside Madrid without any public transportation except for taxis (that really rip you off...). So if you're sent there by your employer to attend a conference he can be sure you won't easily escape to any sightseeing, let alone shopping...
