Our evening at Corral de la Moreria will be a memorable one. The artists were extremely good. However, the downside (as many have commented previously) is the compulsory dinner that goes along with the performance. The seating is very tight and the food is good considering how many people they have to feed in a set space of time, but gee it costs a lot and this is even more of an issue when you have older kids, who pay the full price. The cost of the show is an additional fee and then you also have a 21% tax on top. Youch!
The dinner service commences before the start of the show, and continues throughout the evening. Although the waiters try to be invisible, they do walk around constantly and obstruct the view of the performance. We had relatively good seats. I'm not sure what you would see if you were toward the back.
5 stars for the performers, 3 stars for the food, 1 star for the cost. There are other Flamenco performances around the city. It might be worth comparing with these.
