Loved everything about this hotel! We were only in Madrid for 1 day and this hotels location allowed us to easily walk to all the major sites. The hotel was recently renovated and our room was spotless. The staff were great and upgraded us to a room on the top floor with a terrace and view! The price was great for a centrally located hotel in one of Europe's largest cities. Would highly recommend!

Room Tip: Although they may not be able to accommodate due to availability, ask for a room on the top floor wi...

We stayed in this hotel for four nights during Dec 2012 which was the first leg of our twelve day Spain trip. The hotel is about ten minutes taxi ride from the train station ,in the middle of the clubbing area and walk able distance from most attractions. We were travelling with our 11 month old so were pleasantly surprised to see a well laid out baby cot on our arrival in the room. The room size if small so thee was hardly any space to move around with the baby cot. The bathrooms are extremely clean and very well stocked (including toothbrush and toothpaste). The reception staff is very helpful and friendly and were going out of their way to help us with the baby. The complimentary breakfast in the hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel is located on the main street so keep the window closed if you want some privacy and to avoid the noise from late night partying crowd. I wish we had a kettle/microwave in the room as we had to keep going down to the reception to heat up stuff for the baby.Overall great stay !!!

Room Tip: Street facing rooms are a bit noisy!!!

Location was excellent - no more than 10 minutes walk from Puerta Del Sol. Loads of pubs between hotel and Puerta Del Sol. However, depsite this, the hotel was quiet inside and the black out blinds made sure of a good night's sleep.
Recepionists were very helpful and you can leave your bags there on your last day.
Tip: all Madrid streets look the same so make sure you take a hotel card with the address on it. Any other adivse then please message me.

Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Our Superior Room on level 6 was of good size with separate ensuite bathroom, fridge, safe, coffee machine and balcony. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

Room has very comfortable beds, great thick bath towels and area to hang clothes.

Breakfast was Continental style and has a small selection of Pastries, cereals, fruits, tea and coffee.

The Hotel entry (level 0) has a "relaxation / social" room with computer, TV. Tea and coffee facilities, books and table. The computer should be attached to a printer to enable airplane boarding passes to be printed.

Bathroom and running water noise from other surrounding or upstairs rooms is able to be heard in this room, which can be an issue for light sleepers. This was more noticeable in the morning. Some level 6 corridor noise is also able to be heard.

The hotel may seem out of the way, however, not once you explore the area, it is close to Anton Martin Metro station (5 min walk) , Plaza de Cibelebs bus stop (airport bus stops here direct from the airport), Banco de España Metro station (both a 10 minute walk), with tourist and historical sites, mini supermarkets and of course many restaurants only moments away.

The popular Gran Via (high class shopping street) is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, and has all the famous brands stores and more restaurants
Plaza Mayor and other little plazas are an easy 5 - 15 minute stroll away.

Great presented funky hotel.

Check in was quick, staff helpful going through the city map and local touriest attractions.
Had room 602, wonderful - clean, room size perfect, coffee machine, towels perfect. Room had a balcony.
Location is outstanding for touring this beautiful city.
Bars, resturants and coffee shops are only steps away from the hotel.
Breakfast, I would recommend not to include in your room cost, unless you get a really good deal. There is no hot food, however breakfast is very, very contential.
Overall would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room Tip: Book a room with a balcony
