We were able to walk anywhere from this hotel, and teh receptionist was so helpful, you could litterally ask her anything, form directions, nice area suggestions, where to eat....helpful cheerful staff and nice clean rooms. Would definitely suggest.

This hotel was perfect for our 2 day stay in Madrid. Centrally located, clean, functional, very welcoming. We arrived early, and were still able to check in right away. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed, including advice. They have the best breakfast EVER. Make sure you arrive hungry! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Madrid.

Fantastic situation for visiting Madrid, minutes from Gran Via, only 10 mins stroll to Plaza Major and a couple of minutes round the corner to the Madrid tourist bus stop. Staff were always happy and nothing was ever too much trouble. Christina on reception was extremely welcoming when we arrived in the late evening, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her, even down to offering to phone restaurants to book a table. Room was large with a free minibar which was refilled each day - what a bonus! Only took off one mark because we had an internal room with a view of a wall but didnt detract from our stay. Fantastic - would definitely stay here again, and I am sure we will be back.

This hotel is located just minutes from shops, restaurants, etc. Everything you could want to do is located all around this place. The hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were BIG. Not just by European standards. They were just BIG in general. Immaculately clean as well. I loved the fact that the drinks in the mini bar were included in the price of the room. That way at the end of a day's worth of site seeing when you finally slowed down to realize you might be parched, you weren't paying 7$ (well, actually Euro) for a 2Euro bottle of water. It was one of the small touches that made this place amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was such a joy to stay here that we will make sure to book a room here if we are ever in Madrid again.
