NH Suites Prisma is located a short Metro ride away from the centre of Madrid. We had a double bedroom with a separate sitting room. The rooms were bright, clean although a little minimalist.
Arriving at 1 a.m. we were desperate for a coffee but room service is available until 17:00 although you can order a pizza for delivery (although not sure about deliveries at 1 a.m.) The fridge is stocked with bottles of beer (€3.50) cans of juice (€3.50), Kitkat (€3.75). However, if you turn left out of the hotel, turn left at the traffic lights, then you will see a 24 hour shop.
Travelling from Madrid airport by Metro costs €5. Take Line 8 from the airport until the end of the line (Nuevos Ministerios), change to Line 6 to Cuatro Camino, then take Line 1 to Rios Rosas. This takes about 40 minutes. On leaving Rios Rosas station, walk up the hill and turn left at the traffic lights, go past the car showroom and NH Suites Prisma is on the left.
Traveling into the centre of Madrid, take the train from Rios Rosas to Sol (all on line 1). This takes about 12 minutes and costs €1.50 for a single trip.
