“Good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

It was very nice surprise to find this restaurant, it seems to vey very spanish traditional, the food is good and at low prices. It is a perfect place to have a quick jamon snack in the bar or to have a great meal on the restaurant. The atmosphere is very good especially in the night and it is located in the city center which makes of it a great place to visit.

“Great food at low cost prices in the centre of Madrid!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 28, 2012

This place is great! I always go there everytime I'm in Madrid for vacation! You can choose to eat something quickly dowstairs or go upstairs in the restaurant...in both cases don't worry if there are a lot people..they will quickly find a place for you! I can say I tried pretty much everything from the real Jamon, to the bocadillos with ham and cheese, steaks with fries, saladas..the famous calamares.. Everything have always been so great! I would reccomend to try it at least once if you're in Madrid and I bet you won't be disappointed!

“Buzzing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2012

Visited the branch close to the Puerta del Sol. One time stood at the bar and had excellent coffee and great value plates of serrano and other hams. A great atmosphere, very quick cheap snack meals and you can buy from the ham shop. We also sat down in the upstairs restaurant which was more like a gentile tea room in style, but had a wonderful lunch of pork cooked several ways, huge portions and very well served by 'nippy' style waitresses.
