“Good hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2014

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had rooms at the ground floor. I would not recommend that because is was a bit cold and a little noisy. In the room next to us there was a washing machine and it wasn`t very pleasant. But because we were most of the day gone, it was not a problem.
The room is big and you have a closet, a safe deposit box and a desk where you can put lots of clothes and belongings. The bathroom has toiletries (a soap, a shower cap, a little bottle of shower gel and one of shampoo). They change the towels everyday and that is a good thing. They have a parking lot at the basement where you can enter with your room card, because it is closed.
The breakfast is basic and not variate, a lot of fruits, no vegetables, cheese, different types of eggs, sausages, some sort of potato. You have coffee, tea, 3 types of fruit juice, sparkling and plain water and 3 types of desert - pastry.
The wi-fi works slowly but it works and it`s free, you have to ask for the password at check in at the front desk.
Near the hotel you have a mall, that has lots of stores and a "Mercadona" - a supermarket. You will find lots of restaurants and at good prices you can eat a lot.
If you leave in the night they can keep your luggage there for free after check out, if you want to go eat or visit until your flight.
When you leave for the airport by yourself, check with the front desk for directions, if you have a gps or if you look for the signs it is not quite easy.

Room Tip: Do not accept a room at the ground floor. It is a bit cold and a little noisy.

Great service, great location, great value. Room was clean but slightly noisy. Easy to use free on-the-hour shuttle to the airport. Fair internet connection, but free. Didn't try the restaurant or other facilities, was just a stopover for an early morning flight. For that, it was perfect.

This Hotel was recommended by a local friend. Upon check in, I went to the desk to get checked in. The clerk was busy doing other things so I waited a couple of minutes then it became obvious the clerk wasn't going to make eye contact so she couldn't acknowledge my presence. So I put my bags down and then again stood there playing this game with the clerk avoiding me. Finally I asked her if the Hotel was open for business. She said yes can I help you. Off to a bad start for this Hotel. I found the room very clean. The bed was very nice. The Wifi was good most of the time. I stayed there for 6 days and was overall satified. I ate the breakfast buffet most everyday. There was plenty of variety except the food temps need to be raised to a higer level. Eating cold scrambled eggs is a turn off.
The front staff need some coaching on what first class service is.
The hotel is not in a convient location. There is a Mall about a 10 minute walk away. Taxi's are very expensive to and from downtown.

I stayed here once before for business and thought the hotel was ok. This time however, no air conditioning and water was warm not hot. Rooms were much more expensive this time around. There is no in room coffee, no in room iron, low water pressure. Room next to hallway which opens up into am atrium where they cool breakfast - be prepared to be awakakedned to clattering playes

If you read their website now, you will see that they advertise the free shuttle service to the town.We were 2 weeks before in the hotel , before an overseas trip in Centr.America and although they advertise clearly to have a shuttle in the afternoon, the truth was that it was in 8.30pm.
Now we returned to this hotel for 2 nights, after our trip and we are informed that there is no more this service, only pick up time at 10.30 or 11.30pm, if you call them from the city.
This is false web advert.and TA must have a policy about this.
Also the receptionists (except one) speak poor English and generally there is an attidute like they make a favor to help the customer.
Well, this is supposed to be an airport hotel:clean, quick reception, fluent English, good service to the tired customer. And of cource decent business:do what advertises.FYI, we have booked the dates months ago, so they had all the time to inform us about the changes.
And to be fair, the drivers are very friendly and breakfast one of the best we had in a 4star.

Perfect for business travel. Close to airport. Free shuttle (expect 20 min wait).
Ok gym. Very friendly staff. Breakfast so and so. Variety but poor quality
Smelly room on the first floor. Had to ask for a change of room. .

Room Tip: First floor room had a fowl smell. I changed room to third floor.

This is a modern hotel with a car parking garage beneath. The rooms are nice and clean. The wifi is a bit spotty, as had to go back down to get new password. The staff is friendly.

The breakfast is good, though begins only at 7am, which seems rather late for an airport hotel, as most who stay usually because they have an early flight.

The hotel shuttle bus leaves every hour, and it is best to book in advance. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Terminal 4, as they will stop at Terminal 1,2,3 before that.

There is a shopping mall about 1 km away, so something to do and a place to get something to eat if you arrive in the late afternoon/early evening and looking for something to do that night.
