“For 100 euros, this is a great place if you don't mind the location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013 via mobile

I stayed for one night at the Eurostars Madrid Tower on a recent business trip. The selling point of the hotel has to be for the price of the rooms. I spent close to 100 euros for a modern stylish hotel room. Breakfast however was not included in the price. I did take breakfast at the hotel which was mediocre at best. The views however were amazing.

The day that I checked in to the hotel was apparently the same day that Manchester United football team was checking out so there was a lot of chaos in the lobby and the staff were stressed out due to the media that surrounded the hotel.
I didn't fault the hotel for that but the checkin was completely rushed and impersonal.
The two major disadvantages to the hotel are:
1.) the location- although well connected by the efficient Madrid metro system it's impossible to get anywhere on foot. It seems like the hotel caters more to the customers in the financial district in which the hotel is situated.
2.) after a long day at work, I wanted to use their jacuzzi/hot tub however when I reached the spa, I was told I would be charged an additional 20 euros to use the jacuzzi. In most of my travels from so so accommodations to top tiered hotels, I have never been asked to pay a supplement to use a jacuzzi for a measly 10 minutes.
Would I stay at the hotel again? Probably not. I'd rather be nearer to the town center where most of the action is.

Stayed here with my husband while on business. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is great and the hotel is conveniently located to the metro. All is all though, would much rather have stayed in the city center

I've already stayed here a couple of times at the beginning of a business project, my 5 colleagues stayed approx. 150 nights each between October 2010 - December 2011.

In general I really like the big, clean rooms, the amenities, the view, the lovely breakfast lounge and the hotel standard.
If only they wouldn't stress the 5 stars that much - cos it isn't. It is a very lovely 4 star hotel with some service issues that do not really matter - unless you claim to be a 5* establishment. There's always been small issues: safe does not lock because battery is dead, no slippers, no bathrobe, just 1 set of towels, no water in the mini bar ....
My 5 cents: Relax, black out the fifth star and all is well. Even if I have to ask repeatedly for a cup of coffee at breakfast ...
Still it is very enjoyable and staff is not only fluent in english but also very kind.

The hotel is one of four massive towers out to the north of the city. There's a building site next door (mothballed?) - maybe they were building a convention centre? My room was stylishly decorated in bronze and smoked grey with a peek-a-boo viewing panel between the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, served at the top (30th floor) level.

Recently stayed here. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, staff friendly. Had a slight problem with the shower but this was quickly rectified by maintenance. The actual room fittings and bathroom were very nice for standard rooms, separate shower and bath, modern and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Room Tip: Get a room high up, the view is fantastic.

fantastic four days in this hotel in May 2011 met Ronaldo Real madrid player and his girlfriend , however the services were very good cant fault it really nice ,
i would recommend this hotel to everyone but would be better if you ask for high floor as the view is better , i booked this hotel through booking.com it was on offer one room for two person .
the location is little bit too far from the city center but i used the underground to go one place to another , i went to real madrid studium was really really nice to visit it ,
