We stayed 3 nights in the twin cabin which was a lot more spacious than I was expecting. Plenty of room with the most comfortable beds. They look narrow and you wonder if you'll fall out in the night but in actual fact you don't even notice the narrowness and we had 3 excellent nights being gently rocked to sleep. The toilet is a bit of a novelty and you get used to it quickly. The shower block down the end of the pontoon is very nice. Newly renovated and clean. Jill and John are fantastic hosts. They couldn't have been more knowledgeable and willing to share advice as to what to do, where to go and how to get there. The location is wonderful. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with good food. We walked our socks off, doing as much walking to the tourist sights as we could. We walked into Spain too. Walking from the airport to Con Dios is about 20 minutes and an easy route. Walking into town is about 10 minutes. We walked to Catalan Bay which took about 30 minutes (bearing in mind at this point we had been walking for 2 days and had sore leg muscles and even a blister, so I'm sure it can be done more quickly if you want) I would definitely recommend a stay at Con Dios and hope to return myself one day so that I can include a trip over to Tangiers from Gibraltar which only takes about 30 minutes. Huge thanks to Jill and John, whose hospitality is second to none!
