Just across the Museo do Pobo Galego the CGAC is a modern building that houses temporary exhibits. The building itself is interesting, with its large spaces and plenty of natural light. The exhibits are usually dedicated to contemporary art and installations that challenge art sensibility and taste. From the two exhibits running in May 2013 I prefer the work of Miguel Palma, a Portuguese artist, rather than the simplistic abstractions of US artist James Welling. The CGAC is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year. http://cgac.xunta.es/home/EN
