Fantastic service here, with great restaurant suggestions, bikes well looked after, great location ( near bike packers). very good breakfast and a quiet neighbourhood. You are located right on the edge of the old town with views over the countryside from some rooms. If you have just ridden the Camino this is perfect.

A friendly modern hotel, good breakfast (fresh juice, fruit, bread & pastries) served in a nice communal area. Stayed here with our 2 year old son and the staff really made us feel welcome. The location is good, a short walk to the heart of the city but plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

Santiago de Compostella is a great city and easy to explore with kids (might be difficult with a stroller due to the cobbles, stairs and hills...we used a carrier whenever our son was getting tired) also recommend Caballeira de Santa Susana as a great park to explore...there's a nice play park at the back of the park. For young kids there is also a good train/tour-bus thing that leaves from the Cathedral square (no signs but it will turn up eventually).

Located in the old city, this small hotel always has coffee, tea, apples available in the lounge/kitchen area near reception with a wifi computer for added convenience. Breakfast is self-serve with a bit of staff help for freshly squeeze orange juice. The coffee was machine made but okay. Very friendly and HELPFUL staff. Victor gave us great information on a day trip to the coast and arranged a car rental for us right to the hotel. Victor also told us about a very good restaurant for locals just around the corner. They have a laundry service but we took our laundry to The Laundry Shop located only 1 block away to ensure we didn't transport any bugs off the camino with us. It was so quiet and peaceful in this hotel. The overall vibe is simple, modern, convenient, stylish, friendly.

It is amazing how the staff (especially Natalia and Anna) see so many people and make each one feel so welcome and valued. The hotel is a very clean. Love the white rooms. Simple but nice breakfast with fresh orange juice. Cannot really park on the one way street. Quickly unpack bags and take care to nearby garage where Hotel Moure has arrangement and only costs you 10 euro a day. They have an elevator and are in an excellent location.

We arrived in Santiago after completing our Camino walk, to find our accomadation totally unsuitable.
I was unwell and my husband set off to find better options.
A hotel sent him to Moure Hotel, where they immediately took me to a room, supplied extra water and offerd to get medical assistance.
They then organised for a cab and its driver to take my husband to get our bags.
It was only later in that evening my husband realised he hadn't been asked to check in or make any payment.
This was the beginning of a wonderful 3 night stay.
Rooms were modern, fresh, spacious and clean.
Breakfast was wonderful, with personal service every morning from the orange juice made while you waited and fresh baguette toast with fresh fruit, cereal selection, cheese and condiments.
The coffee machine available 24 hours was also a wonderfu touch.
But mostly it was the staff that made this stay so wonderful.
They found us a room for the 2nd and 3rd nights when they didn't think they had one, and then when they had an opening, discounted the room they had to match the one they had found.
They helped not ony at check in but with our forward travel plans and also with great local attractions and eating suggestions.
Can't speak highly enough about this hotel.
Thanks to everyone.

Our hotel we had booked could not fit us in and suggested we use their sister hotel "Hotel Moure" then change the nest night back to our booking.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, after living out of a back pack for 3 weeks this Hotel is absolutely delightful. Ultra modern and staff ready to assist with any of our needs. Great breakfast area but you can also get tea, coffee or hot chocolate there any time of day or night.
Wonderful shower.

Room Tip: If you want absolute quiet ask for room at back, but is isn't a noisy area.

Wow what a wonderful welcome. Could not be more helpful if they tried. Pointed in the right direction to fantastic food and culture. Then to top it off, we were leaving the hotel early, so they packed a picnic breakfast to talk with beverages, pastries, snacks and serviettes. STUNNING rooms to choose from.
