Spent two nights here in August 2004 as part of a "wander" up the northern Spanish coast from Bilbao.
La Coruna is a beautiful large town and after finding the hotel at the far end of the promenade, we walked into a place of beauty.
The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. Rooms with wooden floors were light and airy. Spotlessly clean everywhere.
Breakfast was good. Full range of foods we have come to expect for breakfast - fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, croissants etc. Great start to your day!
The only drawback for us Brits is the time they start serving dinner. Some hotels and restaurants don't start serving until 9.30 which leaves you very full going to bed! Still, you can always eat lunch time and just have a snack at night!
All in all, we had a lovely stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it without hesitation.
