“Lovely hotel, great find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We discovered this hotel last year and come back every time we stay in Sitges. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is great as long as you're expecting to be about 15 minutes from town.
The breakfasts are nice, good selection of bread, cold meats & cheese. The rooms can feel quite small, especially if they don't have balconies. Also a bit noisy, but still worth the stay. They also offer the use of free bicycles, which is great.

Room Tip: If possible, book a room with a balcony as they are much more spacious

I cannot find any faults with out stay in the hotel, the stay especially the girl who works in the evening on reception was so helpful kind and nothing was too much trouble, I have been to Sitges before but now finding this gem of a hotel would never stay anywhere else x

I arrived at this hotel with a friend on August 21, and stayed four nights, which was over the annual Festival Major weekend...
Sitges, is extremely busy over that period, so I advise any travellers to book well in advance, as many folk, could not find a hotel anywhere..
Hotel Sitges, is situated in a residential part, about 10 minute walk into the town...The exterior is very nice, with a totally relaxed feel to it, soft music playing, and lovely seating area outside..
It's the perfect loaction from the very busy all night noise of the town itself.
Upon checking in, Melessa who was on reception gave us a room without a balony. Having checked our booking, (it was stated with balcony) - so I went down to see her - she immediately corrected the problem, gave us a room with a balcony - and in addition gave us free breakfasts for the entire stay - worth €60.... Amazing customer service...
The rooms are small - and shower, toilet area very small - for two males at 6ft, it was claustrophobic, we were in room 106 - but Sitges rooms are generally small anyway...the bed was comfortable, and because we were away from the noise, got a good nights sleep. There is a small fan and a/c unit, so this cooled down the room at night..
Breakast is adequate, although the choice is limited. there is a free laptop for general use in the reception area, and free wifi throughout the hotel - although I couldn't work my iphone5 there, for some reason...
Jordi, also on reception was very helpful, and looked up the timetable of the bus to Barcelona airport for us, the walk to the stop was less that 5 minutes, next to a church - you don't need to go into town for it...
The third male receptionist also provided excellent customer service, when my friend enquired about the festival...
All in all, this is an extremely well run hotel - with a quite calming atmosphere - customer service is the best, and I'll probably be beck next year too...

Room Tip: Definately book a room with balcony

Hotel Sitges was a last minute internet search, so glad we ended up here! The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, we were in town for a concert, they spoke English and gave great directions. Breakfast selections was extensive and very European/Spanish which I love. The rooms were small, but newly remodeled, clean and modern. The greatest plus was after we checked out, we planned on spending a few hours swimming in the Mediterranean before getting on the road again, the clerk told us the hotel offered a shower so even after we checked out we could come back and shower before getting on the road. This was icing on the cake for me! Hope to come back to Sitges, I found it to be a sweet, beautiful town.

Room Tip: I've read that some rooms are larger, perhaps request a larger room when booking. I loved our l...

Hotel Sitges is a newly furbished hotel a short walk from Sitges central. The staff were amazingly attentive, knowable and helpful. The staff were always willing to ring to book a hotel or give you directions to Sitges hotspots. The rooms were small but clean, new and minimal which was one was a fun feature of the hotel. It was a short walk to a family friendly beach or a pleasant stroll along th e promenade to the church, central Sitges or one of the nude beaches. I would definitely stay here again when I return to relaxing, invigorating Sitges

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony a wonderful break when having a drink.

We found the hotel to be very clean and modern.
The staff are very friendly and speak good English. Although we did have problems with our air conditioning (water coming through ceiling) the staff were very quick to respond.
The hotel is in a quiet residential street which means no crowd noises or traffic.
The new decked area with hot tub on the roof is a great addition as the hotel does not have a pool.
Would certainly stay again.

Booked this hotel through one of the generic hotel search engines and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a smart, clean, trendy boutique hotel in a lovely quiet (residential) part of Sitges but close enough to walk to the livelier centre. Nicely presented with a welcoming external seating area & reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful (even let us choose between a couple of rooms on arrival) and mixed a mean Mojito. Several beaches very close (5-10 mins leisurely walk) but the free bike hire from the hotel means you can venture a little further if you wish. The room we opted for (Rm 106) was a little on the small side but the large balcony made up for it. Aircon worked well (we needed it) and was very quiet. The shower was good (large, clean and modern) but the bathroom sink needed to be bigger - sounds a bit picky but we ended up paddling in water every time we even washed our faces which was a bit of a pain. We opted for breakfast at the hotel a few days and there was plenty of (continental) choice (although even we couldn't manage doughnuts first thing in the morning). Offering up unused pastries etc with complementary tea and coffee every afternoon to residents was a nice touch and did the trick just before/after the obligatory siesta. I would recommend this hotel to others - and stay there again myself.

Room Tip: The rooms to the side and rear are larger with those at the rear the ones you see on the hotels webs...
