We visited Sitges in October wary that this is the wettest month of the year and it fulfilled expectations. With two small girls in tow we had read about the doll collection here and decided to take the family for a visit. At 3.50 for the adults (children free) it didn't break the bank and we had the place to ourselves. A surly chap took us up to the first floor and explained the layout of the museum and then left us to ourselves observing us at a distance. The museum is a real gem and gives a very good picture of life in a wealthy family house in the 19th century. There are quite a number of musical instruments including various pianos and an enamel violin if you look hard enough. The upper floor is devoted to a remarkable collection of dolls, toys and games. The whole thing not too big and most enjoyable.
