“Incredible location, if somewhat hard to find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2011

This is a boutique hotel surround by clubs, cafes and restaurants in Sitges. The rooms are clean, simple and comfortable. They are also fairly sound-proof, so even on a busy weekend night, we didn't hear the street noise. This was particularly beneficial, since we were traveling with our 20 month-old son. The beach is less than one block away, so although you will not be right on the beach, you're still very close. Breakfast is simple, but served whenever you want it. Because this is a boutique hotel, you will find the staff to be friendly and provide more personalized service than you would expect at a big beach hotel. The only drawback to the hotel is that there is no parking at the facility and the public garages are extremely expensive (around $25 euros / day). The hotel is very difficult to access via car, due to the pedestrian-only streets surrounding the building. Once we finally found the hotel and checked in, the man at the reception desk was kind enough to point us to where we could find free parking in the surrounding residential neighborhood.

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and quiet, the location was perfect, and the restaurant was really good, too. If you need a place to stay in Sitges, you won't go too far wrong here.

I have been going to sitges almost every year over the last few years .. stayed in various long established sitges hotels from apartment to the the most classy dolce sitges... most of it just served the purpose of being a beach style unpretentious hotel wth comfortable rooms , good value for money, sea view and palatable restaurant. I was intially sceptical with hotel Alenti just like I wld be for any new so called boutique hotels which tend to abuse the concept of a true boutique hotel! But Hotel Alenti is different .... a long overdue and a rather welcoming addition to Sitges aging hotel population. For a start its a cleverly designed hotel which stands itself among the typical old and a bit dreary surrounding establishement. It is designed by the same archictect who designed the award winning critically acclaimed Mandarin Oriental Barcelona who opened wth big aplomb in Oct 2010.

The room design is sleek, crispy white, well proportioned, reasonable sound proofing, intriguing flooring from a special fibre I understand, hans grohe bathroom, l occitane toiletries and a very comfortable bed using the finest spanish egyptian cotton of at least 600 thread count per sq inch, the frette or pratesi of spain for those in the know and hungarian goose down pillows. It an architectural success in itself where the use of space blends well with the decor and soft tone furnishing and a glass atrium. More Kelly Hoppen then Phillip Stark . It has only 9 rooms arguably making it one of the smallest boutique hotel in the world!

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating for any queries and gregario the proud owner himself is around to make sure you have a great stay..The breakfast is just a typical continental so not much variety as one would expect from a bigger hotel. I couldnt comment on the restaurant since i tend to frequent my all time favourite La Santa Maria. Who doesnt! The hotel not facing the beach but only few hundreds meter away but its on the best street for people watching except that you are in a classier establishment.

I would strongly recommend Hotel Alenti only if you are willing to stretch your budget during peak times since it could be quite pricey by Sitges standard. Its certainly for those who enjoy the finer things in life who likes the comfort of a boutique hotel while in Sitges or those who would give themselves a treat. Wherever you are in Sitges everyone seems certainly happy! I ll be returning again to Hotel Alenti in July for sure!

We had a wonderful time at the Alenti Hotel. The design was trendy and cool but most importantly, the service was excellent and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun offering great advice on what not to miss. The location of the hotel is great and you can walk everywhere, don't bother to rent a car here, you do not need it. You are only a block from the beach and next to a ton of restaurants, cafes, shopping, museums. The food at the restaurant was great and we ended up having tapas and sangria three of the nighs we were there.
The rooms were bright and airy with a minimalist design, we also loved the nice big shower in the bathroom.
We definitely reccommend this hotel

A gorgeous all-white 9 bedroom boutique hotel. Usually the all-white comes off as pretentious, but, combined with a delightful staff and a delicious brunch, the whole stay was airy and homey, while still classy and modern. It's also a block from the beach, so reachable to the gorgeous shore, but also on a quieter street.

Staff was friendly, even one of the staff made me coffee at 5AM before I left for my flight back to the states. Rooms are nice, clean, and eco friendly/ inspired. Which I appreciate. I was in one of the rooms on the first floor and you can certainly hear the nightlife so be prepared. Great location for the beach, nightlife, restaurants and shopping. I had breakfast at the restaurant, it was adequate. All just outside your door! Nice experience.
