Blanc was our third, and best, dinner in Girona. We found the restaurant to be beautiful - white walls and seats, with colored glass bottles lining many of the walls. The atmosphere is fun but also soothing. As others have mentioned, the food was quite good at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed a lovely brut cava, for 2.5 Euros per glass. My son had a tasty veal cheeseburger with potatoes. My wife enjoyed grilled prawns that tasted fresh and sweet. I loved the grilled pork loin with some kind of a pepper sauce. The dish was well cooked and very flavorful. I started with salmon tartar on top of guacamole, which was tasty though I would have preferred to have a few more tortilla chips than the five they provided. Main courses were 9-12 Euros, which seemed like a very good value given the setting, and the quality and taste of the food.
It is quite a different setting from many or most other Girona restaurants, which tend to be indoor/outdoor cafes, and while I loved the character of those places, frankly I enjoyed the change of pace and thought that Blanc had the best food of the lot.
