A bit plastic, but excellent seafood. The location is not great. The decor is a bit cold. However, one comes here for the high-quality, extremely fresh, well-prepared and very tasty fish and shellfish. The waiting staff is attentive and helpful with advice, although also lacking warmth. A bit expensive given that restaurant going must be a total experience, but you will remember the quality of the food long after you have forgotten the price and the rest. In season, the fresh angulas are delicious. Sea cucumber, and crab with rice in broth are also excellent. The 'ambitions' of the place are illustrated by the existence of a special water menu and a long wine list. The former is also offered at a Michelin 3-starred restaurant in Rome.
