The three hour dinner was beyond description. Wonderful foam sauces, bite size tastes never before experienced all surrounded with impeccable service. The FIVE men who served our table were flawless in execution of the service. The food alone is worth the visit but the "drama" that accompanies the service is also part of the evening's entertainment. We had a tasting menu of incredible variety of fish, beef, pigeon (yes, really good) along with unique treatment of vegetables that just delighted my palate. The restaurant is visually beautiful as well with only 35 tables, 18 people in the kitchen (can you believe for only 35 tables!) and plenty of wait staff to make you feel like you are royalty. The two Michelin stars are well earned and deserved. This is for a very special night out. Do not miss this if you are in town for a special event. Not cheap but we thought well worth the money. You MUST have dinner reservations as they are sold out weeks ahead of time. It is easy to get a lunch rez that day.
