This dark little plaza is hidden away near Barcelona Cathedral. We visited in winter and besides a liberal coating of pigeon poo there wasn't much to see. The fountain wasn't running and the church was shut.
There is clear damage on the church wall from a civil war bomb, and Gaudi was apparently killed on his way to this church, so it has a morbid history. Otherwise I'm not clear on why this has received such high reviews.
