We are a Singaporean family with a young one.

Barcelona & this hotel was the first and last stop on our spain trip with Madrid sandwiched inbetween.

1st 3days were in a double room on the 3rd floor & there was nothing to shout about. But when we compared the rates with the madrid hotel which was centrally located, this hotel's rates are much higher. Located on 3rd floor and faced the constructrion work to the front of the hotel. Fears of noise from this did not materialise as there seems to be little activities from the site when we are "in".

Upgraded the last 2 days to a superior room with a top up fee. The differences was apparent. Larger toilet, sofa area etc...view at 10th floor was towards another hotel. not scenic but ok.

A must try is the resturant Visual on the top floor with a stunning view of that area of barcelona and great food and service.

Location is not walking distance to the "centre" of barcelona, plaza catalunya but its accessible by metro after some 15-20min ride on the train. A plus point is the location of the train station(same location as metro)for day trips outside barcelona like to stiges or to the airport which is 3 stops away.

Only down side we feel are the rates for a location not at the "centre". Should be more competitive.

This hotel is quite modern, with a full panoply of ammenities. The rooms are quite large--our bathroom had both a shower and separate bathtub and was lovely. The decor is minimalist. The staff are quite friendly and willing to go to lengths to book you dinner and dance clubs as required. A concierge desk would be a nice feature. Be aware that there is a 6 euro charge to use the spa and pool. The fitness room was free and had decent equipment for a hotel gym. The hotel is located in quite business district, but is easily accessible to two metro stations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I found the hotel on Tripadvisor and agreed very much with the overall tone of the previous reviewers. This is a high quality hotel with top class service and stunning views over the city. We had a very spacious bedroom and the bathroom was big enough for half a dozen people to get ready together - with two wash basins, toilet, bidet, vast shower cubicle and a bath with a shower over it. We were lucky enough to have a 12th floor room with a view, but all the guests can admire the Barcelona skyline at breakfast from the top floor restaurant. This was exceptionally high quality for the price we paid. Ideally this hotel would be located in the main tourist area just off the Ramblas but it is very convenient for the subway and it's only a few stops to the main attractions. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic Hotel in the heart of Barcelona. A strategic choice for business trips, very close to the metro and a few stops from the ramblas.

The room was very clean, with all the facilities and the staff has always been very kind.

A spectacular view from the restaurant at the top of the tower complete this lovely hotel.

I'll use it again. Recommended.
