“Park du Montjuic.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

Along way to go for an OK experience, interesting ride in. Gondola over the Park, yo get to see the Olympic venues from 1992. Good views of the coast and port area from the castle at the end of the gondola ride. If you have limited time in Barcelona I would pass for
better site seeing

“Good views from the park, also the Miro Museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

If you have time, this is a nice area to visit. Much of it was used for the 1972 Olympics. Beware of pickpockets at the viewpoints as they know tourists congregate here. The Miro Museum is in the park and it is excellent.

“Came here to see the fountain”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

It's quite a big park but attractions were close by so it didn't feel like I was walking miles. The fountain with a man who looked like the father from the disney movie My little mermaid was a great sight to see. I have never seen anything like it, it was massive! Its free to see and if you don't have much money its a great tourist attraction.

“A place with a view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

We went in a tour trip and after reading Ruiz Zafon you try to find the old places where aristocrats used to live and were abandoned during the civil war in Spain by Franco.. You do not find them but you can feel a taste of what it was and enjoy the very modern Monjuic where the oldest Jewish cementery is located.

“Beautiful gardens and awesome views of Barcelona”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

Recommend getting off the hop-on-hop-off bus when you get to this area as the views are stunning and so are the gardens. Even the air smells fresher up on Montjuic (Mountain of the Jews). There are two great restaurants (one high end, one casual) near the Hotel Miramar that offer great views also.
