We did a trip thru Europe first London, Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris and now Barcelona out of the hotels I have stayed during this trip and in my Life this had the worse BEDS EVER FELT LIKE SLEEPING ON FLOOR !!!! What's worse is manager sent some bed toppers to FIX the problem but that just helped you not feel the springs on your Body !!!!!
Unfortunately we didn't want to waste time looking for a new place because we only had 4 days here but we didn't get one GOOD NIGHT SLEEP ,,,, none of us we were 5
The place is nice room spacious but to me SLEEP a good bed is the most important part to a hotel we would get back exhausted from tours and instead of resting we would wake up I think more tired!! So if a comfy Bed is important to YOU DONT STAY THERE if you don't care about a good night sleep then yes it's a nice place

large quiet, comfortable room, clean, good bed --great sleep-- out of the way location-- seemed on a map, near the Parc Montjuic and the Catalonian Museum of Art, but a long uphill walk and not near any good restaurants or cafes== a dark and fairly deserted neighborhood at night with greasy spoons ...or decent, but expensive standard food in the hotel restaurant or room service. NO coffee offered or continental breakfast with a deluxe room? a 19 euro breakfast of granola and fruit or omelet $50 a day on breakfast for two? we ended up buying OUR OWN hot water pot and cups and instant coffee--they really should have either a pot in the room or free in the lobby or a cheaper continental breakfast. But very useful--a free computer and printer for 24 hour use in the lobby, great for printing boarding passes and researching out restaurants and stores in the area.Staff ok, not so friendly or helpful, they just answer with the minimum of information and seem a little bit derisive, don't ask for help with reservations--they don't do much for you---they aren't busy but they seem not to want to help, compared to many hotels I've stayed in in Spain and elsewhere where people went out of their way to help with reservations and anything at all. Best thing about the hotel is the room itself, big, pretty, quiet, and comfortable. Staff and food could be improved.

very nice hotel but the location is good only for the exhibition in fact the wonderful things to see in barcelona are very far away as well as decent restaurants and night life.
the hotel is big, the rooms are large and well designed. the restaurant is good even if too much expensive. internet is for free but the coverage is not the best. personal speaks at least 3 languages and italian is always enough to survive.
