I found this Basque place when in Barcelona on business in late September and brought a group of colleagues for pinchos and then dinner the following night. The selection if pinchos is extensive and like similar concepts you collect the toothpicks and pay at the end based on consumption. I recommend tasting with the fresh cider. After snacking our group retired to the interior restaurant for dinner. One of the best dinners I have had in Spain. Fresh fish options and for an appetizer I highly recommend the sardines cooked in hot oil at your table. I returned last week to introduce a new group on another business trip to Barcelona but only had time for the pinchos. Same owner has Basque restaurants in other parts of Barcelona and Madrid but haven't yet been to others to compare. But location in Gothic Quarter can't be beat.
