Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.
The rooms are gorgeous and so is the breakfast.
Only a few hundred yards from "Las Ramblas" and right in the heart of the city. A metro station is immediately outside the hotel door.
Will go again without hesitation.

Room Tip: The deluxe doubles are the standard room option and are excellent. There is a budget room available...

Great location, and not just for shopping, but for walking or taking the subway to other parts of the city. Rooms are modern in decor, but no over the top; clearly the hip quotient is high. That includes the staff, all of whom were pleasant and helpful. Not an inexpensive hotel, but certainly not an expensive one, it's well priced for Barcelona and what you get.

The Hotel is located right in the centre of Barcelona, a the Passeig de Gracia, maybe the best shopping street in Barcelona, with all big brands like Louis Vuitton, Burberry etc. You'll find nice cafes, Tapas bars and Restaurants in the direct neighborhood. Great access to the public transport e.g. metro and bus, although you can easily walk down to the Ramblas and the Plaza Catalunya. The Hotel itself has been modernized and offers ample rooms (pls mind it's a city Hotel) with a very nice layout and design features. Not everything is state of the art, but the general appearance is very good. We stayed only two nights, but would come back since we found the location, the staff and the rooms very nice!
