“Very, Very good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

We also stumbled upon this place whilst walking over to see the 'magic fountain' show. We'd thought of stopping at a few places on Av. Paral-lel but it was too much of a main road. Casa de Tapas was worth walking on too. We got there about 7 in the evening and the kitchen didn't open until 7:30, but we spent the time with a nice beer and reading their amusing menu in english. All the tapas courses we had were very very good, if not a little expensive. The place got fairly full with no degradation in service. Well worth finding.

“Amazing tapas, friendly service, good price.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013 via mobile

One of the best tapas bars in Barcelona. We stumbled upon this place when we were in the area exploring Montjuic and waiting for the magic fountain show. So glad we did! Tapas were delicious and affordable. Later realised that its part of the same family as Tickets tapas bar which we ate at a couple of nights before! Highly recommended.

“Simple, very simpe for its price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013

We jsut came back from this place. Very nice atmosphere and the waiter as very nice to us as well. The food is good but very simple (of course its tapas), but very, very, very expensive. Literally we had a portion of ham, 2 bottles of water, and an assortment of 10 tapas and the bill was 60 euros.... you can find better places and eat double of this for half the price.

“One of the best tapa bars in Barcelona”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

Delicious and cheap, cosy and fun: all you expect and wish when thinking about a tapas bar, but with that extra edge!
An informal way to enjoy delicious clasical Spanish and Catalan tapas.

“Rip off”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2013 via mobile

They tried to rip us off. We received all but one tapa dish, but it was still on the receit. I suspect they tried to charge us extra because they heard we weren't local. Nevertheless good food. But be aware if you don't understand Spanish.
