I had dinner there by myself. Excellent wine list with very good selections, reasonably priced. I had the Salad with Anchovies which was outstanding. For entrée I choose the selection plate which was a disappointment...the lamb was tough, the shrimp un-peeled (very messy), plain lettuce, overcooked white Asparagus and some cooked strange mushrooms that were hard to chew.
The Chef was in the Restaurant but only greeted customers he knew, the rest of us were ignored. This is probably the most expensive Restaurant you can find in Valladolid. At those prices I would expect top service and top food.
I should have had some tapas in their bar area instead...they looked more appealing
