My husband and I stayed three nights at this hotel and were thoroughly pleased with it. It was in a great location...perfect for walking to all the attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful. The exterior is antique, but the interior has recently been renovated, and is fully modernized and comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms large with very comfortable beds. What really impressed us was the great service from the hotel staff and management, from the Director to the waitresses at the cafe. Whether it was advice on where to go, to actually parking our car in the underground parking deck for us, we felt welcome, and taken care of. We would definately stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the lovely city of Segovia.

Disappointing.
The room fantastic, but the staff was extremely rude. If you don´t want to be accused of stealing (without explanation and without making any previous comprobation of what you are being accused of it´s true) please, DON´T GO to San Facundo Hotel.
